Maybe.  But I don’t like getting advantages that way - not when it costs a team a win and a playoff seed. We need to put ourselves in their shoes.

You know we've had a million excuses this year why this team hasn't played well.  Surprised nobody has mentioned the small amount of 1pm games they've had this year.  Maybe the different times have thrown them off this year.

Of course I'm joking but it does seem weird that a East coast team has played very little 1pm games.

Dallas did. It keeps their hopes alive for the NFCE crown and with head to head over lions the #2 seed.

If dallas had lost the eagles would have only had to win 1 of 2 to get the crown. Now they have to win out.

What a debacle last night. As a fan of the game not necessarily a team last night was just ridiculous.

Sad that we talk about it every week, an official in some game changes the course of a game, or at a minimum creates controversy.

As some pretty much already stated DAL was locked into the 5 seed, them winning creates a very slim chance to improve that position, but DET gets screwed out of the 2 seed really.

The thing I hate about it is that the outcome has an asterisk. The game for the most part was called ok, but they screwed it up in the end. I blame the DAL defense, get the stop on the last drive and none of that crap happens. DAL didn’t deserve to win imo.
