What an unprofessional comment.

This is one of the best plays by a defender all season. That's Jordan Davis, in OT, having played most of the game in the rain because Milton was out and Cox got hurt, chasing down Josh Allen. Unless he magically got out of shape in a month.

Want something more recent?
Davis get singled-teamed, and he pushes the center back so the RB has to bounce outside. Everyone else loses. Big gain.

Insinuating that Jordan Davis is lazy in-game is wrong.

I didn't like how AJ initially acted, then started to understand and respect him more, but back to disliking.

He's making this so much worse than it needs to be.

Yup.  If you are going to talk... just talk, don't announce it.

As long as he's not doing sit-ups in his driveway, we should be okay

What about pull-ups in the hallway?

I have a new post coming up about what moves I think the Eagles should make.

Why not just kick the FG on 2nd down, they'd never see that coming either?

I can't wait...

I hope his terms are acceptable.  But given that he is likely the Josina source I think he will be setting the stage for his trade request this offseason.

Trade request? He just got here :) This isn't the NBA.

I kind of disagree, he's been saying that he wasn't talking because he didn't have anything nice to say and he's been getting a lot of flack for it in the media and on the socials. I think he's saying that so people stop that narrative and less of a "I'm taking my talents to South Beach" sorta way, but maybe I give too much credit.

If he has something to say, then say it.  Don't announce that you are going to say it.  He clearly had access to putting a message out there, if he wanted to.  And if people are annoying him on social media, there's a simple solution.  Turn it off.   He's feeding into it.

Hopefully there will be an ESPN special.

Let's hope with what AJ is saying we get news shortly that Brian Johnson has given up play calling duties.

One can dream, right?

Jordan Davis actually played really well last year in limited snaps...against the run.  Every fan talked about how awful the run defense was when Davis got hurt.  We knew conditioning was an issue and he never played all the snaps in college.  They need to work with him in the offseason on conditioning.  If Cox doesn't return it will be Carter with Davis and Williams giving Davis a rest.  Davis isn't playing like a guy they traded up to #13 to get, giving up 3 draft picks to do it.  Have to hope he improves next year to solidify the position next to Carter.

I think that's the part that's bugging people

He's had passes broken up, an INT, limited targets (they're going after Bradberry instead of the unproven rookie thrown in at the end of the season).  In his first 2 games he didn't allow a single catch.  It's an exaggeration to say he's not played well at all and getting "cooked."  He's made some plays.  He's a developing 4th round rookie who was thrown in since Slay was out and only played 3 games, for a defense that is collapsing and changed DCs.

I'm not saying he's great.  I'm saying the team will take him as a positive along with Ricks, Slay returning, Rodgers coming off suspension and think they are fine at corner.  They may sign a cheap free agent especially for the slot.  But I would be shocked if they sign a high priced free agent or draft a corner in the 1st or 2nd round.  I'd love that, because they haven't prioritized it in the draft but I don't see it.

Way to many guys have forgotten about Zech "Prime Time Jr" McPhearson.

And we thought this would be a great promotion because he's cool with Hurts and so the offense would be even better

So much for the BS narrative that Hurts called his own number.

that's the kind of, I agree with this, but the announcement was on social media, but obviously this is something he wants to say in person so he's not going to just say it there. But yes, don't also feed into it.

All these narratives are BS, like AJ being the problem 🤣🤣
