All these narratives are BS, like AJ being the problem 🤣🤣

Agreed. Total horseshit.  The only narratives that have merit are the play calling sucks and the D scheme is F'd. Also, we have no linebackers besides Cunningham. Morrow is a mess.

AJ may not be THE problem, but he's still acting like a child.  He may (probably does) have a valid gripe with the coaching staff.  You go straight to the coaches behind closed doors.  And if you do not feel that you are heard, you go to Howie.

You don't engage in a game of charades with the media.

I guarantee you Howie/Lurie are not happy about it, even if they agree with him.

Maybe make Brown play LB.

First thing he says is 100% on the coaches.

You think that's why he said he'll finally speak?

Is that the same Cory Undlin that many here thought was the worst secondary coach in the history of the game when he was with the Eagles?

That would be kind of crazy if it was a different Cory Undlin

I am fine with that.

Did BVS get many snaps last game?  He was OK IMO, the game before.

Just give him the damn ball. Like 7 times in a row.  Throw 7 slants in a row at him. Bet he catches all but say 1 for positive yards.  Throw Smitty the ball instead of the bubble madness.  F'in retarded game plan.  Unreal.  ANYONE would be losing their crap by now with this team.  Any normal WR would be off the chain over this crazy BS.

He has 105 catches for 1,447 yards and Smith has 81 for 1,066 yards.  They’re getting the ball plenty.

A little perspective is needed IMO

I do agree that these receiving play makers need the ball more in crunch time. Not screens to Gainwell or QB powers.

I like to break things down to multiple choice.

A.  He's marching to the beat of his own drum here.  When he talks, when he's conspicuously silent, what he says.  No one in the organization likes this and they are all wondering how long it will take for his headache to production ratio to flip negative  (this is my guess).

B.  Yep, Howie/Lurie gave him talking points and instructed him to put out the fire tomorrow.  If he has a subdued talk where he says all the right things, my answer switches to this one.

C.  *Place tinfoil hat on*...Howie/Lurie want this coaching staff gone and AJ Brown being very public and very loud about this dysfunction makes it easier for them to clean house with the coaches.  They want this.

Again... its comes down to situational awareness.

Exactly. His gripes are likely justified, but the way he’s handling it is just adding drama for no reason. It’s become a distraction to where other teammates and coaches are getting pestered with why he’s not talking. And he’s a Captain. There’s likely other players on the team that are friends with him and look up to him. Who’s to say his behavior isn’t starting to spread and fester in them now?

Really nothing to talk to the media about. They're just going to ask the same dumb questions that he doesn't have the answers to.

Not really, he only played 14 snaps and a lot was on the last drive in for Leonard. He’s kind of lost out there mentally, which is understandable.

Well, yea. That’s what started all this. Just give some BS answer like Mailata and move on. But when you go over a week announcing to the media you aren’t talking to them every day, it creates this drama that now he has to talk about it.

Exactly, everyone needs to stop bringing up numbers. That's why this coaching staff thinks nothing is that bad. "Our offense is top 10 in this that or the other". The offense Fing sucks, some of the worst playcalling I have ever seen watching this team and it gets worse when they need a big play

Media creates the drama. I as a fan couldn't give two Fs about it. Go handle your business in silence if you have to. I need no answers go fix it with the team... I'll see the results on the field.

Welcome to the new normal.  Drama is added to everything for flare.

What makes you think that he has radio silence with the people that matter? His teammates and his coaches? Pretty sure he's had plenty of conversations with them. F the media. If need be just go out there and say 'I'm here so that I don't get fined' and handle business with the folks that are relevant.

AJ has only averaged 63.5 yards/game since his 125 yard/game stretch and we only had one 100 yard game between him and Devonta in that entire stretch. Teams have adjusted to our tendencies/scheme and we haven't done anything about it.

Yeah but he's not saying F the media.

When you decline to talk because "you got nothing nice to say," you are saying something.

The mature thing to do is to actually say nothing.  Or say I'm angry and I'm here so I don't get fined.  Or any number of other things.  He's making a spectacle of it and he knows it.

To be fair, Hurts has been really bad over that stretch.  Tough for a WR to put up numbers.
