Yeah but he's not saying F the media.

When you decline to talk because "you got nothing nice to say," you are saying something.

The mature thing to do is to actually say nothing.  Or say I'm angry and I'm here so I don't get fined.  Or any number of other things.  He's making a spectacle of it and he knows it.

Do you care? I don't.

He has 105 catches for 1,447 yards and Smith has 81 for 1,066 yards.  They’re getting the ball plenty.

A little perspective is needed IMO

That’s incredibly hard to believe…even though i know it’s true.

Not really, he only played 14 snaps and a lot was on the last drive in for Leonard. He’s kind of lost out there mentally, which is understandable.

He looks slightly less lost than Nolan Smith does off ball.

Welcome to the new normal.  Drama is added to everything for flare.

We’re in year 24 of the 2000’s…it’s nothing new.  Sensationalism makes the money from the day print went extinct.

Honestly, all this stuff with AJ.  Nothing new, he did it before he even put on a practice jersey after the trade.  He has a big ego, lets his emotions get in the way way too much, but I’ll say the fact that he said, nah i have nothing nice to say the other day is encouraging.  You deal with it for 2 or 3 more years when his body starts breaking down due to his play style (though his lack of blocking and self preservation in those situations might give him an extra season or 2), and you move on.

This is true. Drama sells. Who would have thunk such manly men that like sports are into the dramas :)

What's crazy is that you came to that conclusion and he hasn't even said anything. You got all that from body language and side line footage lol.

Ugh…*puts on tin foil hat*.  The NFL is essentially the WWE but hasn’t admitted how rigged the actual product is yet and nobody wants to admit it, especially when fantasy football brings in so much views and people that are so blind.  But ya, lol it’s crazy.

Media creates the drama. I as a fan couldn't give two Fs about it. Go handle your business in silence if you have to. I need no answers go fix it with the team... I'll see the results on the field.

Completely disagree. Media is not creating this drama, at all. They’ve mostly been respectful about his wishes and aren’t even speculating much about his issues. The only one really that has was Marcus Hayes because of course it was him.

He’s said a whole whole whole whole whole lots and done a lot of things.  Remember the time he ‘took a break from twitter’ that lasted 2 mins?  Dude has been a head case since day 1.

Lol

Yeah that’s a new one.   Seems like certain Philly media personnel are buttox hurt that he’s refusing to speak to them; so they start leaking these BS narratives since they have nothing better to write about.  Pathetic.

They already drove our 2nd best WR in Eagles history out of town 15+ years ago.  I guarantee they won’t drive this one out of town.  Eagles’ front office won’t let it happen again.

Fool me once, shame on you.  Fool me twice, shame on me.

You think the media drove TO out of town? Really?

Did the media make him demand a new contract. Or throw the QB under the bus? Or fight with teammates in the locker room?

Rosenhaus drew the media to TO’s driveway after a practice TO got kicked out of. He used the media for his and his clients agenda.

When the team is crashing and burning for other reasons...no, not really.  But it tells you who Brown is and how much fireworks there will be when his time here comes to an end.  I'm not going to pretend like he's going about it the right way.

But he didn't say or do anything lol. I'm pretty sure this is why he doesn't say much because people already make these assumptions about him. It's really weird. Meanwhile he's getting the guys together and trying to work it out.

I look forward to the stories that will eventually be leaked out by the Eagles after they fire Sirianni. To completely lose the lockeroom so quickly just speaks to the levels of disfunction that must exist behind scenes.  Desai being scapegoated was definitely the first public sign of it.

The media gave him a platform and the rope lol.

Yeah he did.  When you say you aren't speaking because you have nothing nice to say, you are speaking.

Same platform and rope they give to every star athlete.

Very much so, in a passive aggressive way.

They just did their jobs. Go into the locker room after the game and talk to players. There’s 70 some other players on the team that has the same platform and rope, AJ is the one that decided to draw attention to it.

Ok... all of these articles about fractures and all that aren't the media drumming up drama? That's what they do. That's their job.. .that's what gets the clicks :)

Mountain out of a mole hill. He doesn't do much talking when he isn't mad and frustrated from my recollection.
