I'd rather they beat the Jets. A talented team in a slump desperate to save the season is more dangerous

They'll be desperate either way. It's a race to 9-10 wins for them.  But they just aren't that good.

Wouldn’t call it a blood bath but he tiebreaker scenarios are gonna be nuts in the afc when looking at the upcoming schedules of those teams all bunched up

The Steelers getting to 6-3 is pretty incredible given Kenny Pickett has looked like ass most of the season

They are similar to the Vikings in 2022 in the fact every one of their wins was a one possession game. They are 6-0 in 1 possession games. In everyone of their losses they’ve lost by 10 or more.

I wonder how sold the Steelers are on Pickett or if they think they need to make a move. Bet the are mad they didn't hang on to Josh Dobbs!

The thing about Josh Allen and the Bills offense is that they can go nuclear at any moment. They can also have the dumbest turnovers you'll ever see.

Interesting. I’m going…

1. Harper

2. Embiid

3. AJ Brown

4. Hurts

5. Zach Wheeler

6. Lane Johnson

7. Reddick

8. Kelce

9. Maxey

10. Jalen Carter

Had a bye week and jumped from 10th to 9th in DVOA. Thanks Jacksonville.

I'd have preferred Jax beat the 49ers.   No trophies are awarded based on DVOA ranking.

What's this based on? Mastery of their sport/position? Or fan favoritism?

Howell is doing pretty well with them. They need to continue building the OL.

He’s passable. That ol makes it hard to look at objectively. That poor kid has been beat up this year.  Howell reminds me if Ryan Fitzpatrick, he will flash at times and others leave you scratching your head.

Not that the Bills deserved to win that game, but pass interference calls on receivers running into pursuing DBs when they cut back suddenly to go after an underthrown ball always annoy me.

In todays media centric world. I’d honestly be shocked if he doesn’t get in first ballot. Centers don’t get attention normally but he’s a household name and probably the best of his era.

I think he is 1st ballot, but it will depend what other names are in that class.  I just cannot see the NFL putting a Center in as 1st ballot, but would love to be proven wrong on that one.

@mattwill

Yeah, it is what it is… a bad sequence from Russ in taking a sack when he absolutely couldn’t (knocking them out of FG range), followed by a pathetic throw that was dependent on drawing a penalty to get back in. Then DEN gets really cute kicking the FG on a running clock, missing but bailed out by another BUF penalty.  Sickening loss for Bills fans…

Schmoopie and I were talking about what that must have been like for Bills fans at the game with that last penalty.  You go from "WE SURVIVED" to "You got to be kidding me".  You know that was one collectively angry crowd walking out

23-24 bad guys

Chiefs are looking strong on both sides of the ball and edge us out this week, but we'll get our revenge when we finally beat them in the super bowl.

Think its a 3 horse race with Jefferson up there as well. We are forgetting about him with the injury

Statically speaking Lamb is a more efficient receiver having a higher reception % vs total targets, he also has more big plays (20+ Yds) than them. Additionally he plays out of both receiver positions slot or outside which makes him very difficult to double.

He may not be top 3 but he’s easily in the discussion.

The fact that the Bills ran another blitz with cover 0 after just knocking them well out of fg range produced that throw and ultimately the pi call. Pretty sure they ran three straight blitzes bringing 7…the last one really hurt them.
