I actually I don't think he would see the RZ at all.  What do the Eagles like to do in the redzone?  They like to run the ball and do QB draws.  Ertz and his complete inability to block would keep him off the field in those situations.

No.  Not run 12 personnel primarily.  Run it more efficiently in order to improve the running game, time of possession (helping the defense stay fresh), short/intermediate passing that will eventually open up the bigger plays (run out of different formations) throughout the games.
