What made it a hassle?  Just curious.  I also like those basic ones from Groove Life.  Not Eagles though.  I use a money clip but could see myself liking on of this style more.

To be honest, I can't tell you, I just remember being disappointed when I got it. I get ads for them all the time and wanted one and just felt like it wasn't worth it at all. I'm a front pocket, minimalistic wallet guy so I was hoping it would work out. I'm currently looking at different options too. I've seen a few that are leather, with money clips, the easy card access. This brand Kings Loot looks to be decent and I might order one of them.

Fair enough.  Thanks for your input.  I'm the same.  Can't do the George Constanza giant wallet 🤣🤣

I had my gastroscopy yesterday and came out with a clean bill of health — no findings.  That finishes the 2023 Oscopy Trilogy.  Hopefully I’ll go a few years without any other procedures at hospital.  The anaesthetic affects me a little differently each time; yesterday I woke up while they were wheeling me out of the procedure room, where for my colonoscopy my wife had to wake me up in the recovery room.

Speaking of colonoscopy, there was an older gentleman in his early 70s who had his done yesterday the same time I was there.  Despite the nurses warnings you might be bloated with gas you need to pass, I never felt any such urge.  Definitely not the case for him — he sent out two ass-tearing thunderclaps from the recovery bed beside me.  The first one startled me; I thought it must have been a grizzly bear laying there.  If there had been windows in the room, they’d have shook.

He wasn’t even a big, fat guy.  Just a soft spoken fella.  Reminded me a bit of my dad; even thought he was only about 150 pounds he could sure pass some loud flatulence

I mean he never walked on water. I just think your Super Bowl take is cheeks, so I responded to that. You can't say the QB cost them the game in a situation where the defense played like that.

As for overall, he had a very good year last year. This year he's having a less good year for sure. Anyone who's objective can realize that.

Mostly agree.  I was also responding to someone saying we don't deserve him. When someone becomes like Brady who's has so many rings they won't fit on one hand we can stop critiquing this play. I think we are lucky to have him, but talking about him not seeing the field, taking his damn time, etc. is fair. Saying he should be benched is nuts and only coming from idiots on TV along with the he can't read a defense. I'm not sure he won't have a shelf life similar to Wilson until he improves a few things but he's one of the best in the league.

Might be too much risk of getting taken by chicago

Deep thoughts by ToastJenkins Handy…you might be on to something. That and wanting to beat UM (previously stated by op) combined for sure.

Glad the health bill is clean, the trilogy…damn, and I thought I had it bad.

Still pretty stupid because while he can make 30 million now, it delays him another year from his second NFL contract which is where the real big money will be.

Ok stats guy. Anyone with eyes can see Harrison is the best player in college football

And yet Ohio would have been 11-1 without him, some difference he makes.

Devonta won the Heisman with 117 catches 1859 yards 23 TD

Those are Heisman numbers, Harrison isn't stand out at all.

I feel like a WR can go anywhere and thrive. The team/organization picking them doesn’t affect them as much as QB, imo. Larry Fitzgerald and Calvin Johnson went to dumpster fires and still became all-time greats.

Doing some online shopping for Christmas presents for my brothers.  Anybody have one of these?  They seem cool but kind of expensive.  What type of material are they made?

Usually carbon fiber or some type of metal. I have that style but Ridge up charges for the name. You can get the same thing for cheaper on Amazon, but not with an Eagles logo obviously. The style itself is awesome. I’m probably not going back to a traditional wallet ever again. It’s way more convenient and you don’t get that ass pain from sitting on a Constanza wallet.

Napers will have better NFL career

I don’t know if they beat Penn state without him

Of course he's denied it. Because he made the wrong choice!

yep. Its hilarious to me how easily people bought that sham story. That trade was very obviously offered. It was reported at the time. And those players in the offer, DID end up getting traded. How's Morey going to lie and say they werent available when they clearly were being shopped, and got traded to IND? And people believe him.

So who says that next year MH will be able to go to a better franchise. Could be worse

Chicago? Yeah hard pass

will always be some turnover there and next yr could be carolina. An ever worse franchise/owner

if i am him, i am going into the draft and securing the bag.

I had one.

If you want the eagles one specifically I guess youll have to pay up.

If you just want that wallet, you can get it for less than 3 dollars on Temu. Still a sturdy metal material.

I found it was not practical. That little slot for your finger to push the cards up? Looks smooth and slick with one hand operation in ads, easily pop up all your cards. In reality, I couldnt do it. The wallet was so slim, you couldnt really hold it in any way such that your fingers or thumb were not blocking the cards from coming out while your finger tried pushing them up. It absolutely required 2 hands to use, and then all the cards would get pushed up at once and since theyre squeezed together, its hard to pick through them for what you want.

I never even began using it. I put a couple cards in to try it out and said forget it. This doesnt work. Minimalist design. Cumbersome pain in the ass to use.

Hurts did walk on water.

Every player that day did.

Super Bowl 57.

Ok. I should pull a downundermike and save convos so I can throw it in your face.

Harrison is the best college WR since Larry Fitzgerald.

Harrison may well be the best college WR in a long long time. But I dont think he had a Heisman worthy season. I think stats matter for that award. The award for the best prospect is being a #1 draft pick. Thats not what the Heisman is for. Thats for the guy with the most dominant college season. Harrison didnt accomplish that.

And yet elite WRs come into the league every year now so he will be one of many in the modern NFL.

Yeah, Devonta almost doubled Harrison in stats when he won the Heisman. He didn't have the numbers.

I didnt know Howie got in on the christmas album this year.

Go for it. The game has changed since Fitz when he was one of handful really good WRs in the league. The modern NFL has so many WRs he won't separate himself like Larry could

targeting guys he hasn't targeted much at all probably not even in practice

hey,  maybe there will be an injury.  hey,  maybe he should practice throwing to guys not named Brown, Smith or Goedert.   You lose 1/3d of your passing offense if you never practice with the other 5-10 guys who can catch passes who are on the roster.

I like Tyree Jackson.  They replaced him with Albert O. Who has caught zero passes.  Sure,  Tyree Jackson I guess would have gotten zero targets,  but Tyree Jackson is more versatile, theoretically,  on a team that uses more than 3 pass catchers.

The Eagles seem to be totally Fed if one of the 2 WRs gets hurt.   I mean,  they could put those other WRs on the field, throw to them, and get themselves out of the position where they would be really Fed if Brown or Smith were out, but I guess they'd rather be Fed in that situation.

Ok right… WR is a more valuable position than it was 20 years ago. Justin Jefferson had no problem standing out right away. Neither did Chase. Look at the difference AJ Brown made to this offense. A WR should be MVP this year.
