🤔. Were not the Eagles host to the Cowturds after the 49ers game?

I thought the same thing after I read that.

34-20 Bad Guys

The Birds continue to struggle with their identity as they can neither run the ball efficiently nor get stops on 3rd down consistently.

Dak throws for 3TDs with Ceedee getting one them.

I picked the Eagles ending my reverse jinx picks but woke up thinking something similar. This team lacks identity and I'm worried they don't have it in them to respond. Maybe age finally caught up to the team and the bad coaching has been exposed.

We will see but this feels like the year the Cowboys beat them two weeks in a row. We all thought they will snap out of it and be up for the WC game and they got rolled. They will either be on tonight or we be turning the game off early. I know which I'm rooting and hoping for but....

Pretty much.  I said ot earlier this week.  I don't think there is actually  a market for him among contending teams.

My biggest issue (by quite some margin) with the Eagles this season has been their lack of being able to get opponents off the field on 3rd down (no matter what yardage)...that falls squarely on the D and the DC...

And usually when the other team is stopped, it’s something lucky in our favor. A dropped pass by McLaurin. A missed throw to a wide open receiver. It’s rarely us actually clamping down and doing something forceful to get off the field.

Rank these 3. Lamb, Smith and Brown. I got:

1. Brown

2. Lamb

3. Smith

I suspect modern day analytics would support his decision. At the time, I was actually disturbed that Dallas was going for it,

Yeah...however, I don't mind being lucky...but I detest being bad!

Trevor Lawrence is playing on a short week after that injury performance.

Definitely has some Mahomes in him.

As obvious as a Cowboys win in this spot seems, the amount of disrespect toward the Eagles has gone way, way over the top this week.

Ahh, what the hell…

Ertz adds no value to this team when Goedert is available.  But Goedert is an ongoing injury risk, so an issue there would turn it into a perfect match.

I dont think thats true. I think Ertz would be our most productive slot WR this year. Better than Ques and Julio. Ertz cant stay healthy, but he still seems to have a bit left in the tank. As a possession guy and reliable outlet for Hurts I think he would add a lot of value.

@mattwill

Sorry for the extra work. I'm changing my score because I feel the exact same as I did last week before the loss

Agreed.  Knows how to get open and very good pass catcher.  Would make for some very easy throws for Hurts.  Maybe we didn't offer enough money.

I just watched the end of the Army/Navy game and once again another team fails at the Tush Push.  It would be ridiculous for the NFL to ban it at this point.

He doesn't seem to be what they look for in the slot.  Quez with his speed and then when Quez went down they signed Julio with his speed (but chose to never try to utilize it).

His last year here when he played with Hurts for about 6 weeks he was dropping all sorts of passes.

I’d be fine with adding Ertz but at this point in the season I wouldn’t offer more than the bare minimum. It’s 4 games and playoffs. If he wants to ring chase with a contender, that’s the cost.

Eagles are taking it up the proverbial sphincter this game.

This team is broken.
