I'm targeting 52, maybe 51 or 50 if the market does well, but I can't see myself going cold turkey into retirement anyways. Even with traveling and hobbies, I'd still need something to occupy some of my time for 10 or so hrs a week. Maybe I can find something as a part-timer in consultancy, but I'll cross that bridge when I get there, still a ways to go until then.

I hope to retire in my early 60's. I don't need SS and don't think it will be there for me when the time comes. Working up until you die just seems stupid to me. I want to travel and enjoy life.

Same, but Im not going to hit my number by age 52...not with this clown in office. 60 would be ideal. I'll still teach my grad courses, and find something interesting to do like make wine or brew beer.

I hope to retire early 60s. My family has longevity so I feel like even with aggressive investing in my 401ks and IRAs, retiring "young" is going to be challenging if I want to maintain my preferred lifestyle.

Plus I actually like working. At least for now.

I expect to semi-retire, hopefully in my late 50s, then ease into retirement.

I'd like to retire at 62 and work at a brewery part time. Probably just serving at first but hope to learn to brew as well.

I plan to die at 60 in a suite in Vegas surrounded by hookers and 8 balls. Planning accordingly.

Kennedy is another one. What a boot licking little turd. Was supposed to be this anti big government libertarian, then as soon as Trump came into power become another boot licking fascist.

I hope to retire shortly after Ellie finishes school.

So, mid 60s for me.

Waiting to travel always seemed dumb to me too.

Are The Blacks admitting to being N-words?

There's traveling, then there's immersive traveling. Most people can't take off work for months at a time. I know I can't.
