Yeah I get that. I figured with 3 timeouts you could afford to be more aggressive though.

He’s conservative. I think he believes Gb can’t score enough against his defense that they’ll be able to stay far enough ahead

  • For those that know me here I wanted to pass on the good news. I will be retiring from fulltime work in October of this year. Looking forward to not working 10 hour days anymore.

Ok I love the Barkley deal

GB helped them with that timeout.

Lol, kicked blocked.

And that's what happens when you play too conservative.

🤞

hahaha

Nice!

Nice!

Shanahan deserved that for being conservative and not going for the kill shot on that drive.

Too bad GB couldnt get a TD those two bad spots were killers

That's huge.  If the Packers defense can get the Packers the ball back without points or just 3 points to start the half then we are likely headed towards an exciting second half.

Right? Like I don't think they took any shots into endzone. Why worry about scoring too fast before end of half?

Classic shanahan

Shanahan coaches really bad in big games.

it’s not a promotion. He’s already offensive coordinator. He would get the same job here.

Sigh… yes, I’m aware the title would be the same…

I fear that GB has left too many points on the field

Why did LaFleur get away from the run? Donald was averaging 4.5yds a carry

0 points in second halves of sbs includ 28-3v

If the Eagles peaked this year instead of last year, it would have been a cake walk to the Lombardi.

They weren't worried about scoring to fast... they were worried about not converting for a first down and giving the ball back without scoring.  Irony.  If they had played their normal offense, they'd have likely scored before the half.    But this is Shanny... he puckers up every time he's in a big spot.

Last year was a cake walk... until the SB.  Can't really ask for an easier path than the Eagles had last year... AND they had a 10 point lead at the half.  They just blew it.

Shanny needs to play Madden online to learn about aggressiveness and clock management. It would do him wonders.

Tbh it was a cake walk we got the giants and then knocked out purdy (they’d have won anyway but it became a cakewalk anyway). Ravens are pretty good. I believe lamar is 20-1 in his last 21 vs. nfc teams. Ravens offense isn’t as good as KC’s last year but their defense is immensely better
