This is just the way I'm looking at it, not that I'm right or wrong. As a team, the Eagles had 510 rushing attempts in 2023. In 2013, when Shady had his best year, the Eagles had 500 rushing attempts. Teams with Kellen Moore at OC have had anywhere between 430 and 530 rushing attempts so I'm confident in keeping the 500 attempts moving in to 2024. Saquon Barkley can also do it all. Run, catch and pass block so brining in KG for obvious passing downs is no more. KG is strictly a backup now.  There's no reason to force him on to the field. Barkley is the bell cow.

-Jalen Hurts had 157 carries last year. 40 of those were QB sneaks. 

-D'Andre Swift had 229 carries and 39 catches- gone.

-Kenny Gainwell had 84 carries and 30 catches.

-Boston Scott had 20 carries and 4 catches- soon to be gone.

LeSean McCoy's biggest year was when he had a career high 314 carries for 1607 yards in 2013. That year, the Eagles as a team had 500 rushing attempts. Bryce Brown had 75 attempts, Foles had 57 and Vick had 36. 

Let's assume Barkley gets 300 carries. You still have 200 carries to share between Hurts, Gainwell and draft pick/FA. Ideally, Hurts has less than 100 carries. Gainwell can still get 80 carries (too many) and RB3 can get 20. Even if Hurts gets 123 carries like Foles/Vick, there are 77 carries left which is 3 less than KG had last year. Then you have the 70 catches. Again, Gainwell should be off the field now. 

Saquon Barkley- 300 carries. 50 catches

KG/RB2- 100 carries. 20 catches

Jalen Hurts- 100 carries

There should be no concern whatsoever about the ball being spread around.
