BTW, yeah I wanted to see McKee. Remember back to the SB year with Foles. If Hurts goes down, we know Pickett can run as cold as ice and if that's so we need to turn to McKee,who did remind me a bit of Foles. Nothing fancy, no cannon arm, but an adequate game manager like Foles was, he got it done and that's what we needed to see even if I was alone on that. I wanted to know McKee could run this offense if called upon to perform, EXCUUUUUUUSE MEEEEEEE!! I'm not sorry at all that I got to see him with the 1's and I don't see anything at all arrogant or ignorant about knowing we have 2 BU's that can do the job.I just wanted to personally see that there were no blanks in that gun during post season. When the other team is playing to win and they look to blitz the QB....you can break through and score.  They are looking to get a negative play.  You see this is short yardage.    You aren't going to see this on Sunday from the Giant's.

It didn't mean anything... the game vs Minnesota next week is for their division and the #1 seed. The loser of that game is the #5 seed

Local TV show on our Comcast sports network called " Birds Huddle " with former Eagle Barrett Brooks, every so often you get another player like Jason Avant. ... but Brooks explains why it's a bad idea. 

They have been playing straight since week 6...these other playoff teams have had late bye weeks.   You gotta play ALL the starters to give Barkley a chance, and you gotta avoid his former team ( our rival) taking cheap shots etc.

Thankfully Lane didn't sound enthusiastic about it.

Nope. Same division teams. One team earns top seed….other is a Wild Card.

I agree, I just don' think it's a coincidence those four passes looked pretty much identical to the passes he threw in pre-season with the exact same strengths even when put in with the starters. That's a good sign.

I think a perfect time to NOT make an assessment though is when you're playing with backups against starters, though. You really should only get positive points if you win that kind of game.

...Especially considering how rough Jalen looks when he's lacking his top targets.
