I said back at the beginning of the season if it were my call, he would've been QB 2 from the beginning.

That was my first reaction when I started on mac. You will gradually learn and once you figure out all the keyboard shortcuts you will love it.

Why get any of the "ones" hurt?  Pickett is already hurt, if you want to play Book instead of McKee...I'm ok with that.   I agree meaningless football is meaningless.... that's why I don't need to see McKee come in and hand the ball off in a blowout  win either. 

But next week neither Hurts nor Pickett play...I don't think Barkley goes for the record either because it means playing the entire OL....that's completely stupid.  You want the record, go play Madden on the X Box

Is it easier with Hurts instead of McKee or Book

Is it easier with AJ and Smith on the outside ?

So do we play Hurts, the entire OL, and both the starting WRs next week... strictly to get a rushing record?

That's the entire decision...not just resting Barkley and avoiding getting him hit...but avoiding the entire starting offense getting hit, tackled...etc. 

To me...should be EASY decision to either play or rest ALL of them.  Should be to rest and protect them all.

Contrarianism is a curse upon humanity. Just because you're annoyed that people have two eyes and can observe things doesn't mean that your view of the world based on said annoyance is absolute.

You watched today, you saw what he can do. I'm not interested in using the clear at worst second best thrower on the team as a crash dummy behind a backup OL. McKee hasn't even been developed yet, Kenny's started approaching two seasons (16s) worth of games and shouldn't even be here. If you're an Eagles fan you should be in favor of whoever actually is best for the team, and you can't say with any certainty that's Pickett (or McKee for that matter), so whoever is actually best should play in the 2 spot.

And as for that 'need to see McKee or never get to talk about this again' thing, mate, dunno what you're on about. You evaluate people in like situations, and playing with the bottom of the roster isn't a like situation. Today was, and he aced it.

He threw 4 passes bud. Bit small of a sample size to make any kind of assessment. He looked good and he made some nice plays but 4 passes is a tiny sample.

I’d honestly disagree wouldn’t want to have Hurts sit for two weeks without taking a snap in actual games then go in to the playoffs.

Id much rather see Hurts play a couple series before benching all the starters
