But you didn’t watch the game even. But I like Tanner. He’s got something. I’d like to see next offseason start out with a fairly clear understanding of the backup QB job will be earned. Both backups fit in pretty well here behind Hurts. If you put aside the stupid calling our QB leader a RB….you can see some things/areas both backups do well that corresponds with Hurts. I did a  whole breakdown before the season. Too lazy to dig it all back up right now.

No one cares about what anyone did in camp. The August heroes don't matter. I watched a few game clips and Tanner looked good playing with the sub 1's. I'm not a Pickett fan,however he played well when he played these last few times. Tanner is only 24,I hope we hold onto him

SO now you admit we have planned all year for this time,just like the Lions and every other team with SB aspirations. Only 1 team can win,but to say another team worked all year and we haven't is just foolish

Go back the last 10 years best teams avg. around 30 ppg that with AR, Sean Payton, Ben Johnson, and any other elite O mind you can think of

We brought in a new OC. Brought in Fangio to rebuild the D. We had much more heavy lifting. Everybody WANTS to win the SB. The Lions have been very focused on that mission….more than any other team I’ve noticed all season.

This Eagles team is avg. 27.2 ppg 2022 we were avg. 28.1 ppg yet Steichen was the O genius and Moore isn’t developing the team????

Mind you we are also the run heaviest team in the entire NFL and it isn’t even close which in turn also drains clock faster as well

So with those coaches you actually believe we’d be worse or lesser? I get your statistical point of view. But IMO we would be even better with at least a dozen other coaches. But it’s not just the points per game. Not so much about how SB ready to as this squad week one. It’s about now…postseason time. Be the best you can be at this point. This is my area of concern here.
