Hey...but obviously everyone knows how Ham likes that safety...he called it.   You weren't paying attention in those 19 essays in a row ??? Article 5, subsection 4, line C.

FL knew I was real high on him in that draft. We both get real into draft prep. I give FL the nod on time spent in this area….

But also the over and over me bringing him up concerning coming matchups. Dang giants got him in that draft….so we’ve seen him quite a bit. If you noticed. Going to be our second time this season….even though he’s now in Green Bay.

And yeah…maybe I worry too much. I consider whether those smart coaches over with the Pack have picked up any things to key in on with our team. Got some younger players and inexperienced/scratch that….lesser experienced players. NFL trends usual seem to have the NFL pretty regularly show players their place. Once these top NFL minds get their hands on enough film….they put together some weaknesses…or maybe just patterns.

Did they figure out DeJean is susceptible to a double move cut to the inside? Can you maybe get Q with a Hook route in certain coverages? Did the Commanders(or any other team) show any blueprints to thwart us?
I do actually think of these type scenarios.

Flipping this logic on to our opponent is what brought me to focusing the gameplan on working McKinney.

Week one they seemed to really work our S CGJ(Ceedy Duce)…his terrible angles of pursuit that game were just on full display.

Personally don’t see it as me worrying….as much as just visualizing so many different possible likely scenarios.

I skim over them, like they do just before they drain the septic tank. If you skim off the chunks the rest of the ish just follows along

I expect they pick on DeJean. After ll he is still learning, but lord he is WAY better than he should be at this point in his rookie year. We're going to have to stnt a few blitzes and make Love run like they will try with Hurts(if he plays). Q just has natural talent and came ready right out of the box. What I REALLY want to see is Hurts hitting the lost guy whther that is Dotson or someone else. FORCE them to cover the slot. They are lready thin in the secondary. Bark is going to seriously wear them down up front

Previous matchup they relied on picking on Maddox. So things are looking up there for sure.

We have to do what we did week 1 and simply outscore them

Q, DeJean, Slay, Rodgers, Ringo, CGJ, Blankenship, McCollum…getting Sidney back. What a difference getting DBs makes.

Going to be a nice receiver as he grows. I would "forgive" him with a Kalishnikov 12 gauge

I really hope Pearsall makes a world changing type example out of this situation. Feels like how special a human being he is.

cowboys blocked McCarthy interview leading to the belief he’s staying. Great!

We have the number one D… you do realize?

You ever visualize any positive scenarios or you just don't like to share them?

Have any of these players grown this year. ..did there seem to be an evolution there with an idea of winning playoff games?  If not...discuss

Then pull an Alfred Neuman. "What Me Worry?" Why do you make huge deals out of things, write essays then back track? I don't get it. If you love your QB to the hilt, agree we have one of the most potent offenses in the league and the #1 defense shouldn't they be worried about US? Add to that we AREN"T facing them in a god forsaken 3rd world country where we were head faked that our teams colors contained the color green and there would be riots everywhere(lol), we are facing them at the Linc with their $13.00 beers and  huge smiles eminating from the Lurie box seats. I'm sending the Packers packing. I will be excited when they pick on DeJean and he gets beat ONCE and they go back there and he picks Love off, maybe twice until they get the message to not go there. Then WHERE do they go with few options left???? Baun will run around like a madman. Assuming they can even BEGIN to cover AJ and Smitty, who covers Goedert? While they worry about that, we're pounding their O line into oblivion with Bark. The worry is on their end. I expect MUCH more CONTROL(see game manager) and DOMINATION than we saw week 1. Our rotten, awful, failed HC delivers yet again!!!! 34-20 Birds with our last drive burning 9 minutes off the 4th 1/4

If Hurts does NOT play…..then the league has gone bat crap crazy with the concussion protocol…from someone that suffered 7 with varying degrees from minor to one week coma.

I fully expect him to play and be at full strength…no limitations!

Packers cannot be overlooked….see game vs #2seeded Cowpies one year ago.

UH, didn't they just lose to the BEARS? (LOL) I'm not overlooking them, but it's silly to come up with 57 ways to lose. Last year we had Barkley? How was last years secondary compared to this year?

Man, we just can't get over " LAST YEAR" on this board?????    This year is much different than last year.

As for Hurts, I believe the Eagles released the QB Ian Book... which would mean Hurts is ready to go.    The technicality that I heard, the last step to clear protocol is to actually practice... they had no plans to have him play vs the Giants so he wasn't going to practice last week.   The other rumor is that he was at the walkthrough with the team over the weekend... who knows to what extent.   I fully expect him to play... how well, that is the question.  Don't try to be a hero and end up being a zero.... and we should be on to the next game.

Hurts playing would make it 22 starters ready to go for playoffs... so one could say that Siri had his team preparing for the playoffs.  22 starters for the first snap of the playoffs is a good way to look prepared.  A good way to say you were " prioritizing the playoffs"

Playoff fantasy GB.... my draft is Friday.  8 of us... draft one lineup... the player's team loses and that spot is closed the rest of the way.  No bench, no waivers.   I'm expecting Barkley and Josh Allen to be picks 1 & 2.. in whatever order the 1st guy chooses.  AJ, Hurts, Cook ... i'm thinking the Bills and Eagles are the teams people will target with the idea they have a good chance to play 3 maybe 4 games.   Mahomes probably drops this year... Kelce probably highest Chief selected.  Where do the Lions get picked???   Should be fun to see, Won't know my draft slot until we right before we select.

In your opinion would you say the Eagles have had better play from their QB position or their LB position in 2024?

I’d say both have been a massive step from last year. Now the LB position looks rather different but also nobody thought Baun would look this good. But for sure Hurts has been much better.
