I get it though, you have been cautious and late with these news reports after being burned by that one

January 16, 20251 yr 8 minutes ago, joemas6 said: Yeah... who is getting $34 again? don't see that on the books anywhere? But it's ok Trot can borrow the cash from Jalen... he gets the most cash in the league so he can spare some "Bryce Huff signed a 3 year , $51,100,000 contract with the Philadelphia Eagles, including $16,125,000 signing bonus, $34,000,000 guaranteed, and an average annual salary of $17,033,333” According to sportrac. Not a contract I signed oh I’m to…but is the contract he signed with us.
January 16, 20251 yr " Fangio said you will see both Burks and Trotter because of their special teams obligations" Which makes sense why you would want to get them some rest and not play too many snaps. Was the obvious first though when I saw this on Tuesday.

That’s where I developed the thought.

According to this... it is very simple to look at the numbers of the cap hits each year. It's nice that you like to read media reports without doing research on your own. Now I know the answer... but why do you think the Eagles will incur $14 mil of extra cap hit in 2026 just to cut Huff?
January 16, 20251 yr I know it’s a very unique process around here….but watching football and making opinions based from what you see. Could be life changing for you both

Take a breath and go research yourself, today's media wants the quick story and click bait... half the time they don't even get facts correct. But since it was negative on " Rosie" you jumped on it. Anything negative about Reddick though, you have buried your head in the sand.

So in preseason of this year... you figured out its good to have the guys who play all the special teams snaps ... split some defensive snaps to stay fresh? Took you this long to realize you don't give starting players all the D and all the ST reps... especially when it's a backup?
January 16, 20251 yr 1 minute ago, cunninghamtheman said: I quoted Sportrac directly…after providing the link earlier. Yes... you quoted a reporter... did you take a look at the numbers? Why would the Eagles do the move? Eat $14 plus mil of cap space and not have a player in a rotation at a key spot?

There are outs...and guarantees in every deal.... but if you look at the numbers you then can understand which ones matter and which don't. The team won't make a move to release someone and pay a huge cap hit unless there are rare circumstances that make it the better choice. Huff gets 3 or 4 sacks next year and plays in a rotation... is it worth eating $14 mil in 2026? Could be... we shall see.

I jumped on providing a link to a story that was everywhere that the league was investigating Rosie over the comments the Penn St coach made. None of it has anything to do with me. Penn St coach made comment. NFL investigated. News articles were written about this was the situation. I don’t even really care…other than if we lost a pick, I assume every team has been tampering all my life. No biggie to me.

Then we can graduate up to numbers of sacks.
January 16, 20251 yr So how much is Huff’s one playoff snap worth to you then No Mas? Since you are endlessly trying to bang the table for Bryce Huff being a great move instead of Reddick.

Because Rosie had to be stupid, like it was his first time signing a free agent he didn't know the rules?????

No biggie to me. then when I said look at it logically... the guy signs teh most free agents by far than any other GM.... and he is the nerdy rule follower type.... made no sense that he would get penalized for talking to a player when its obvious his connections are with agents. The whole thing sounded stupid from the beginning with the Penn State coach " No Mas your boy was tampering, stop licking his nuts" " yeah calling him the dorky rule follower is really licking his nuts" then the usual " I'm the only one who doesn't lick Rosie's nuts etc" Then GB chimes in about how you only lick Hurts nuts... which seems more accurate because it took 8 hours and 11 pages for you to acknowledge Hurts doing something wrong on the topic we were discussing at the time. The usual TMZ if it's someone you don't like.... but 1000 reports on Reddick being a cancer and you can't acknowledge???

I don’t even consider it a big deal in the first place. You’re in your own head here.
January 16, 20251 yr I did post a link to an article showing we were being investigated obviously and could lose a pick. Which was the situation.
