We weren’t ever winning in the heat in TB. Too many injuries. Team wasn’t ready to play…even if we were attempting the backups to work some magic. Not in hindsight….I was saying this before our team got on the plane to TB. Definitely wasn’t saying we can beat the Bucs if just don’t turn it over…that’s for sure.

Whole world thought he shouldn’t have been retained for this season. Then knew if we lost to the Browns he was toast. Think that was a great catalyst for our players, coaches…everybody to witness. Faced adversity snd fought! Proud of him! Proud of our team!

Relied on his DC autonomously the whole time. Pointing to most of his success being due to…he backed off and got out of the way of what otherwise was his teams success.

February 11, 20251 yr Moore completely was saddled with taking what we had previously and holding it all into what our scheme was this season.Pretty fantastic job on a ton of work there. Took the previous dozen plays….and adjusted his own pro scheme playbook accordingly…for Siri and the players.

February 11, 20251 yr Siri has his strengths. Maturing and growing in some areas that weren’t necessarily those also. But his original strength to be hired was he was bringing strong coaches with him. Gannon, Steichen…is why Siri got the HC gig to begin with. So him not being ready, in over his head, not mature enough, not having a quality scheme, not ever being a passable playcaller…isn’t his strengths. He survived them …some how….QB and those assistants that got him here.
