If he had something to add it should have been done years ago at this point.

The base offense has been the same since Siri took over my guy that is clear as day…. Steichen ran it had his own wrinkles, Kellen came in ran the same base offense with his own wrinkles added…. Really not much a drastic shift in the offense from 2021 to 2024 just slightly new wrinkles

Missing the fresh new ideas to add. Missing the X and O expertise to adjust or provide answers. Back to the guys that lacked being capable of self scouting. Or if they did see what the issues were…they just couldn’t provide answers.
