Sunday at 08:28 PM1 day Author 1 minute ago, GreenbleedinNC said:Maybe because the D isn't giving them that option(called "containment")Anyway nothing "cerebral" about Hurts play. As a QB you execute the called play or you don't. Anyway not going to argue with you. At least Hurts stopped the "non cerebral" bonehead plays he used to make. He is relaxed and in control

Yesterday at 12:38 AM1 day Awesome start to the season:…..wish they would play a full game offensively.Observations:The run blocking is TERRIBLE this season. In the first two games, I "thought” it was just the opponents playing the run very aggressively. A closer look has Steen getting owned WAY too often. And he is not alone. I will trust the coaches, but Steen has not played well this season.Cooper DeJean is an outstanding football player. He impresses me more and more every week. The offensive "struggles” "lapses” whatever you want to call them are worrisome. Is it just me, or does it look like the Eagles have TWO running plays? Let’s find some creativity in the running game PLEASE….and maybe BLOCK!Tom Brady announcing his old team…..WAY too biased. Almost annoying with his constant DISPARAGING comments of Mitchell. Fox, keep him away from the Bucs games going forward.Defensive linemen- Carter can’t do it all boys. The DEs/rush LBs were nonexistent today. Hunt and Uche and Smith…..EARN your paycheck!Really happy to see the Eagles beat the Yuccaneers. Just sick of the Yuccaneers! GO Birds!
Yesterday at 01:08 AM1 day There are a lot of people coming around to Ham’s thinking regarding Offensive scheme. See #3 below.10 minutes ago, eagle45 said:I really need to see 3 things to feel a lot better. Without them, every game will continue to be a toss up. The eagles are a gutsy team full of winners, so they do a nice job in these nail biter toss ups...but luck runs out eventually. So they need to start flat out winning eventually.Signs of life from the running game. Holes from the interior OL. And the ability to run through some soft arm tackles from Barkley. It's been bad on this front this year.Elimination of the relentless, bone crushing onslaught of 15 yard personal foul penalties on defense. I don't know the stats, but I feel like it's got to be 2-3 every week. It's absolutely brutal and both a miracle and stunning accomplishment that the defense has actually been really good despite giving up huge chunks of free yards and first downs every week.Consistency from the passing game. Jalen Hurts is not a very good passer. We know this. We know his game. His feel for the passing game runs hot and cold. And in the cold spells, he and the coaches clam up. Better than runs of INTs. He's not usually going to pass as effectively as he did in the first half today (that's not his baseline) and he's not usually going to be as helpless as he was in the 2nd (not his baseline either). But Hurts, Siri, Patullo, and the finicky connection with the WRs cannot be as jeckyl and hyde as it's been through 4 weeks.
Yesterday at 01:55 AM1 day That was moronic what LaFleur was doing before the half. 13 seconds to go before the half way back at their own thirty …nothing good could have come from that anyway. But total disaster did!! QB sack fumble followed up by Dak throwing a TD.
Yesterday at 02:09 AM1 day Not to be ignored was that Love even gave the opportunity for it to happen though. Love and LaFleur have been given the tools by the organization. Sink or swim. Both HC and QB appear to be of quality. But..is either …Champion?
Yesterday at 02:13 AM1 day Why does the NFL now require each head coach to do an interview at halftime? Horrible comments. The coaches are annoyed by it and say nothing of substance. Just stupid.
