You can't talk to the player... you have to talk to the agent. The " tampering " had nothing to do with any window. Howie couldn't talk directly to Barkley before or after the " window" only after the league year started.

You just don't seem to get that concept. The window wasn't the issue at all.

Correct, the window of 2 days was never the issue in question, it was simply if there was direct contact between Barkley and any member of the Eagles organization.
