Darnold was such a young g guy though he had a chance to revive his career getting to sit on the bench learn from Shanahan was huge for him then going to Minnesota with a loaded WR room was a blessing.The biggest thing with Darnold after Jets/Panthers was getting his confidence back he never lacked talent though

The plan being put in place to have the 2028 starter already in house.Been rumors circulating for awhile that we could be looking at a QB high this draft.Not sure this is a good draft for QBs to do this but maybe they see a QB that fits really well in the new O scheme.Interesting side note been widely discussed that Hurts isn’t an ideal fit for the new O scheme can’t image he would get an extension until they are sure he fits with the new O direction. Lot of signs for a possible split between Hurts and the team
