I don’t think Siri gets another HC job after we finally ditch him. Honestly not many OC jobs for his unqualified skills. He was serviceable under an O minded older HC. Basically a young guy to do all the grunt work. He’s a hard worker devoted to football no doubts.

Is there a Rock Paper Scissors League? That’s probably ideal for Siri. He’s good with seeming to keep things fairly real. He covers for his players and has their back. But he’s clearly been the weakest link since hired. Not like he hasn’t had moments. He shows faith in his players by going for fourth downs and such…instilling confidence and trust.

Siri 2023 stressed Hurts managing his risk to live to play another down. Then Siri last season went risk management overboard just playing everything as close to the best as possible.

I will back FL up here though. Do believe the plan was to cut back big time on QB runs.

What more was needed to be accomplished during the regular season? Hurts shouldn’t have to carry such a talented team every game. Had the two seed on a platter versus Washington third stringers. Not thinking the bye was what was needed going for the top seed.Needed a real O with real coaches could adjust and attack matchups.

Our team was so good even overcoming the weakest O coaching still had the two seed and should have beat the Niners. Fred keep blocking, guys catch passes…make the Extra point. D gave up a couple of plays they’d wish to have back. But the Niners had the quality coaching. Took fifth options at positions against our SB starters.
