BTW how much crap do you expect him to say after 4 weeks with a mostly new staff??? He's supposed to break down every one of those people for you in DETAIL after 4 weeks? The first week was getting moved in and arranging their desks and finding the cafeteria, but you need a detailed description of all the new people. Hint that is NOT going to happen yet. Just unreal BS" Hi, I'm Nick. I hate everyone in this room and every guy we just hired. I'm totally pissed my friend Patullo was fired and I can't wait to screw this team over, and I have just the mediocre QB to do it. I'm totally angry that there will be some new plays to ponder and that I have to add some pages to my playbook. My life is just horrible and now I need Prozac and my house egged. I apologize for being the winningest coach in franchise history and 3rd best all time behind Madden and some bum name Lombardi" How's that Ham, better?

So the AJ drops were due to bad coaching-got it 🤣 More back to the past rambling now I guess. Yeah hit the niner boards where your home is

February 27Feb 27 Author So not sure who goes in round 1. It's very interesting that we sat down with Terrell. He really would finish off Fangios defense. It could be wise to take him first since it appears this is Fangios last year and he would be exposed to a great DC so he will be set for the remaining 4 years. TE is a need for sure. I don't see Sadiq here. I would have NP taking 2 TE's as DWD mentioned earlier. Klare and Delp would be great picks(although I am a slight fan of Royer as a later pick). Problem is we still need to stack the O line and add an edge. WR also needs attention. I suppose Howie will grab some FA's. I liked what I saw from my edge guy malachi Lawrence,so he may move up the boards from where I had him at 98. There was some nice work done today. Whoever gets Sonny Styles is going to get a great player. He really blew me away today. He should be a top 10 pick. Arvelle Reese also very impressive
February 27Feb 27 Author I would do Terrell then Dunker at 54(may need a little move up). So many possibilities this time around

He was saying probably due to the organization understanding Hurts limitations as a passer, whether throwing or reading the defense. They feel they need the run game to set up the pass.

If you want "a great O mind" apparently we have the wrong QB for one. So Ham's boy is keeping Ham from his dream OC. Ironic LOL
February 27Feb 27 Author Every teams dream is "to get the running game going" I don't know why that needs to constantly be said. IDK any team that says "well screw our running game were goin to drop bombs all year". Either way it is and always will be a trench war game

We aren't talking about a competent running game to go along with the passing game...we are talking about a dominant running game that sets the tone. Much different.

I think it was a roundabout way to say "I'm not coaching a quitter"
February 28Feb 28 Kenyon Sadiq hype is out of control. Good stuff though how he is nailing classroom work.

Good stuff though how he is nailing classroom work.I was skeptical of his ranking, but he really stood out above the others. We're going to get good players in 1 and 2. Just depends what you think is the biggest need to fill. I'm sorry the edge guys yesterday weren't all that impressive to me. I mean I know we will take one(or should), but I don't see a reason to reach for any, wait for one to fall in your lap. A bit miffed that some TE's didn't show at the combine, so now they will just do pro days.

Good stuff though how he is nailing classroom work.If we're going to go with the rest of the league and the GB type offense, Sadiq would be a great addition(see Kraft). IDK what the new OC wants to do. I was impressed with Terrell and Colton Hood on the D side. Goedert is at the combine last I heard, so IDK if he will be re-signed there or if we go a new direction with Sadiq. IMO the lift to get Sadiq is too much.
February 28Feb 28 Author https://www.nfl.com/news/2026-nfl-combine-stock-up-stock-down-day-1-sonny-styles-electrifies My 98 pick at edge did enough IMO to keep him there. Will be alot of re-alignment going on after tomorrow. Lots of nice CB's, should have NP finding CB2. IDK who the DB coach is at Toledo(I SHOULD and will check him out) but I'd love to put that guy on our staff. They turn out some nice secondary players for a small school
February 28Feb 28 Author Cornerback Coach, Corey ParkerAfter finding success as a defensive back coach turned defensive coordinator turned state title-winning head coach at the high school level, Corey Parker transitioned to the college level in 2022 with the Rockets. After joining the Toledo coaching staff as the cornerback coach, Parker was instrumental in helping Quinyon Mitchell lead the nation with 25 passes defended last fall.

February 28Feb 28 Taylen Green with a 4.36 40 as a QB is insane speed especially considering he is 6’6 230

Allar got a nice long ball going on. Most QB's were rainbowing passes on the quick out sideline route, Allar was lasering them. Anything after the first 4 picks is fair game for a QB. It's a nice class for QB's with potential upside
