IDK what happened with Sout. The demotion was kind of shocking especially after all he gave this team

Was it though...the run designs and the OL play not particularly great to where it's shocking. The game evolves and not everyone evolves with it.

He’s not in our reach. Definitely gotta sort through the rest. Rosie doesn’t take first round are anyway. He clearly has made a living on getting very quality TE later.

What were we saying about LB before last year?

Didn’t astound me at all. Was very typical predictable Siri. Started walking back immediately how this would be the OC O to run. Right into keeping the things that have worked here so well…and blah blah blah. Sounds like Mannion will be adding to Siri O…more than just running his own O.

Just such an awful era under Siri. 🙄

Eli Stowers Vandy was also the Mackey award winner last season seems like a great fit for us in round 2. Be a great pairing with Geodart if we have him return so Stowers can add bit more to his frame and improve as a blocker.

Stowers had the 2nd fastest 40 for a TE 4.51 which was significantly slower than Sadiq 4.39 but Stowers get have the best vertical and broad jumps of TEs

Adding Jerrod Johnson we have now added 3 candidates that we interviewed twice for the OC job.

Mannion obviously who got the job

Grizzard who became our pass game coordinator

Johnson- who just got added doesn’t have a role yet.

Also very telling how much effort Siri and the Eagles are putting into Hurts adding 4 former QBs. Mannion, Frazier, Johnson, and VanGorder to bring along his development.

Zero and I mean absolutely ZERO!!!! Excuses for Hurts this season

IDK after 6 years(and time as a BU) he shouldn't need "developed". He needs to stop the side deals and PLAY. If your QB is still not developed after 6 years, you picked the wrong guy, Hurts was making progress in 2024,then he chose to be a quitter. he can chose to undo that damage or not. After 6 years a QB should not need 4 babysitters IMO. What needs developed is his field vision and I doubt he can learn it because to date he never has. 1 read and run(but not a run with effort) Houdini Hurts. IMO those guys are there to develop the BU QB's. If you have "too many irons in the fire" many times that will mess up a QB as he's getting 4 opinions from different directions. Confusion is not a good teacher and Hurts gets confused easily(see the Moore offense attempt). Hurts should have ONE coach, the other 3 should work on the BU's, once again, IMO

Texans traded for David Montgomery think he will be a good fit for them

I'm waiting around to see what happens with AJ and if we re-sign Goedert. Sadiq is only the best of a mediocre TE class unless you only want receiving TE's. Pick a piece of coal(or 2) and grind them into a diamond. Howie will also fill a hole in FA, maybe 2 pre draft. I still like Mayer who is unused in LA. Even if Goedert is re-signed you have your 1/2 for the moment. I know Wollen is a guy we could get maybe. That would fill an immediate hole. So just need to see what transpires this month

Stowers showed out lot better than I thought. I have new respect for him. He was your guy out of the gate

In the '27 draft we need ASG's Grandson out of Wyoming 😁

Impressive receiving threat great athlete but the blocking needs improvement( granted this feels

Like the case for most TEs now)

Could also be to have this in place for the next QB.

Think they are giving Hurts every opportunity to succeed but yea can see it as having guys in place for the next rookie QB as well be it a guy we draft this season or next if Hurts doesn’t cut it this season

Yeah I said before TE's in college have no emphasis on blocking skills

Love to have a QB with the deep ball(60 yards in the air) threat. With Hurts not being that guy and him giving up his running game, there isn't alot left to work with. Hurts attitude just makes me think that decision has already been made, we just can't move on from him yet after overpaying him, so may as well get your staff in order

No, we can't trade Hurts too much cap hit

AJ asking price too high so DUUUUUUUUUH. That is not a prediction. Howie doesn't want him traded, but will if it's a rape job.

Mendoza makes Hurts look JV

What's Siri supposed to say? "My QB is a pu88y sellout?" (Yeah I'm sure Siri would keep his job doing that right????) Those that know, know(AJ knows), those that don't, make excuses and post movie screen size dramatic Interviews that fit agendas. As I said, Hurts can decide to PLAY now or he won't. Our season hinges on his decision. We watched him fall down like a little girl many times over. Maybe he ran for 500 yards, but could have run for 700 and added first downs. It's on Hurts to put up or STFU. You know all the stuff he did before the big money. Talk is cheap, show me on the field why we paid you. Every weeks interview on a loop of "I need to do better" gets old after week 3. "Coming to work every day" is the same as everyone else on this team, but that's special now????? These coaches are drilled to say what people want to hear. The proof is on the field. I don't need anyone else to fulfil some fake fantasy I have. The new OC is going to make Hurts do the job he was hired to do and now with "full autonomy" he won't answer to only Siri. If there are big problems, Mannion is going to go right to Lurie and Hurts best understand that. The loafer/quitter/sellout/slider days of 2025 are over and he will either pick his team back up and play like he used to or he will lose this team once again. Unless you were born yesterday every fan knows a HC isn't going to bash ANY of his players. Even fools know this, so movie screen sized videos aren't going to change that. What should concern certain people on here with agendas is WHY was Siri even ASKED about it???? Others noticed what most fans saw????? Love to have an answer to that question. Why was this even brought up at all?????

Called it like it is. Hurts does what it takes to win. You focused on stat chasing missing what’s so special he’s willing to do to win. He’ll take the guy to his own personal stats to do what’s best for the team and winning. 500 yards to 700 yards…what would that have done for us? You know other than pad stats.

Those extra 200 yards rushing would have accomplished what during the regular season? Fluff

Hurts had us lined up for the two seed. You really could only meaningfully be b1t3hing about not securing the one seed. Which is an incredibly high bar to complain about. That’s the level mentality Hurts has created for you here now.

Mendoza 3,500 passing yards vs

Hurts 3,851

Ouch…he even threw for more yards…not even getting into talking about all the rushing stats piled on top
