So maybe AJ stays and Hurts leaves after this year?

Howie has stood firm it seems on his asking price you don’t do that for the so called toxic player that people don’t like the building lol 😂.

Clearly AJ is still seen highly in the organization

The DL of Carter/Davis/Ojomo edges of Hunt/Nolan….. yea I’d say the core of that unit is Davis and Carter hence the core of the DL will be in place once Carter gets extended.

Hunt could become that big time edge player for us if he keeps trending upward really underrated season last year 6.5 sacks 2FF 3 ints

Was trying to figure out if you are thinking three or four along the Dline? Thanks for kind of clearing up what you were referring to as the Dline though. What will the Dline look like after Fangio though? Coin toss

  • He played a career-high 686 defensive snaps while starting all 17 regular-season games.

  • No NFL defensive tackle had more run stops than Davis' 34.

  • He finished second among all NFL interior defensive linemen in tackles (72) and third in passes defensed (6).

  • He set new personal benchmarks in QB pressures (22), tackles for loss (9), and sacks (4.5).

  • He became the first player in Eagles history to win both NFC Defensive Player of the Week and NFC Special Teams Player of the Week honors in the same season.

  • His blocked field goal attempt that was returned for a touchdown to seal the win over the Rams was the Eagles' play of the year.

This isn’t a stats of a guy that is lazy and just decided to work to get paid Davis has consistently shown the flashes throughout his career with us and finally put it all together last season well deserved paid day. Way better then anything Milton did for us his entire time as an Eagle

Yeah kind of exactly is the stats of a guy that’s just been lazy but finally worked out as the super talented high draft pick talent. Finally!

Rosie screwed up

Rosie screwed up

Trading a top 5 WR eating 70m in dead money for anything less than the massive haul reported would be Howie messing up. Especially for a WR that is well liked in the entire organization the only issue is with QB1 who future is questionable going forward

Davis was consistently getting better each season exactly the process you expect from young players…. Davis had impact on the ground game from the start. He had a very good 2024 season. Last year was the break out year. The dude was 25.

Milton Williams had half a sack in 2023 had a good season in his contract season before he got bad which still was worse then Davis.

This idea that a player has to be great right away because they are a 1st round lick is just stupid. Yes took Davis longer than most would like to be the player we drafted guess what it happens.

Brandon Graham was seen as a bust until like 2017 when he finally put it together 7 years into his career

It's Howie season..but also Ham season

Ham loves to troll us if he wasn't always arguing with us this would not be near as entertaining to read the comments

Rosie is the one that screwed up throwing that extra money at AJ that didn’t ever need to happen. Scratch that! Not need to…flat out shouldn’t happened!

IMG_2632.jpegOnly issue being QB1? You need to check that big time. You are completely missing so much.

Nice story bro! His issue was being LAZY! Totally different than the spin you keep attempting. He finally worked out..WoW!

I just pay attention to what’s going on and post out the obvious…around here comes off as some form of genius and brilliance. It’s really not…just that low a bar from these fans.

temp_image.pngI like this mock 2 tall CBs 2 TEs 2 Edge rushers 2 WRs slot and a returner. Davis and Coleman Jr are two of my favorite late rd picks. I love Davis's measurables 6'4 195 4.41 40 he has inconsistent tape which is why he's a later pick but if he develops he could be a stud. Coleman Jr is a returner and can play on special teams could be a nice add.

If you pointed out the obvious you would see Hurts isn't a very good QB and we win despite him.

You missing everything…he’s the leader and catalyst…WITHOUT QUESTION!

He leads so well we have players begging for a trade because Hurts is butt hurt and won't throw the ball to a top 5 WR and other players saying he wasn't a good leader but that was an anonymous player of course.

Th drama is between QB1 and Brown. He had a bad game it happens. Hurts had numerous terrible games how many games did Hurts have without a single completed pass in the 2nd half.

So yea the only issue is with QB1 hence why nobody has said everything negative about AJ and why he is still highly respected in the organization

I don’t tell stories just facts I don’t make up false narratives on players because I didn’t like the draft pick 5 years ago so you do everything you can just to talk nonsense.

The sheer hate on Davis you have had since day 1 is insane and just continues to show you terrible takes and bias. Just like your bias on Hurts

That was Siri decision after the fallout. Which kind of can’t blame not trusting AJ knowing all this now. AJ isn’t trust worthy! Main point and example culminated in our playoff exodus thanks to AJ deliberately tanking us. Yeah…don’t throw to AJ

Mistake was paying Hurts he keeps showing time and time again he can’t win unless everything is perfect around him and he can get carried by a superior roster.

Hurts was terrible 23 terrible in 24 and terrible in 25 there is a reason most don’t think he will get a new contract.

Where do you get these fake narratives from you just make up stories that are not backed by anything. Yet you refuse the reports that talk about QB1

I'd rather keep a great WR and trade an average QB

So what made the big difference for Jordan Davis? Everybody but you(possibly one or two other fans right here only also)….Davis finally came in shape.

I've never met someone who will make 100 excuses for Hurts but will throw everyone else under the bus.
