The Oline was far from great last season. Actually not the worst thing for Hurts. He’s been great at escaping. Heck 2023 O under Siri was Hurts escapes and buys time for the WRs to get open. Call that in the huddle(for some reason took most of the playclock to cal) everybody knew it…announcers flat out talked about it routinely…even though most here some how were oblivious to the situation.

LMAO yep Hurts is an "escape artist". He escaped being a QB last year. "Houdini" Hurts 🤣 So now we are calling "OK, broken play on 3???" in huddles??? "most here were oblivious" HAHAHAHA OMG I'M LMAO

OH I liked him as a pick for us awhile back. He can bash. Nice Dillon replacement

this would explain leading the league in 3 and outs.

good job, sparky.

It does…because sticking with a bad rushing game and mostly relying on Hurts in only the bad down and distance situations limits opportunities…..completely disintegrated quality opportunities that were favorable…heck just equal(on schedule down and distance)

2023 many contending we had the best OLine in the league…yet Hurts was escaping pressure plenty still.

they had no choice but to stick with it because the qb forgot how to will his team to first downs.

You’re trying to force him into a bunch of hero ball

Howie(worst GM in the league) filling the RB room giving down guys another shot. I still have a RB on my mock(pick one, mine is Kaelon Black). Shipley hasn't done much,so I see a new rook coming in the draft along with these give it another shot guys. Only 10 pounds difference between Steele(FB) and Pierce(RB)

Well you can't hold the ball for 8 seconds of indecision

No they were trying to force him ro play the position and use the legs we paid for, which he side dealt away. 3 yards OOB or fall down like a little girl

I'm confused...who is Steele?

A FB, probably in to compete with BVS if we are still interested in FB's and BVS can't seem to stay on the field.BVS is a FA still, I guess he's not coming back

That’s exactly what we’ve relied on Hurts to do

Was a RB/FB for KC we picked up in the offseason

Pierce is an interesting signing no clue why he fell out of favor in Houston but he had 930 yards his rookie season then just rarely got used…. Only 26 should provide good depth to the RB room

Trying to find anything much out these current signings. Camp body competition it would seem. Dalton trade could possibly give an option for not being completely in a bind if we trade Tanner. Draft a young guy ..but don’t have to completely rely on him to begin the season as the second string.

And still made the playoffs then won the SB the next season…. Or the 8-2 Colts this season that missed the playoffs

Making the playoffs as a team that couldn’t punch its way through a wet paper bag that postseason was more reasoning to fire Siri than applaud him

The Eagles value the QB position they have for years now. Dalton could allow us to move McKee but we could also just as easily carry all 3.

We went out to get Howell last season, trade for Pickett to be the backup while having McKee. Paid good backup QB money for Mariota. Hell during Covid we went out of our way to make sure we had Josh McCown

The game commentators said it almost every game. "Don’t know exactly the playcall…but it will be Hurts escapes, buys time to hit an open receiver downfield.”
