Keeping Elliott on a restructured contract. He better perform!!!!

I DO like Cooper at WR(that would give us 2 Coopers lol) and of course it's now time to find Lanes heir, Edge(maybe 2). I can't count out Denzel Boston at WR either. Stowers at TE if possible.

The Sydney Brown trade got me thinking about Howie Roseman’s body of work with 3rd-round picks. He’s had 13, ranging from a Super Bowl MVP to an edge rusher who played six games here. Let’s rank his 13 3rd-round picks (and remember, Jordan Hicks in 2015 was a Chip Kelly pick during Howie’s year of exile): 1. Nick Foles, 2. Milton Williams, 3. Isaac Seumalo, 4. Nakobe Dean, 5. Jalyx Hunt, 6. Rasul Douglas, 7. Tyler Steen, 8. Bennie Logan, 9. Sydney Brown, 10. Josh Huff, 11. Davion Taylor, 12. Curtis Marsh, 13. Daniel Te’o Nesheim

These have been all shared from Roob’s Observations

That’s a pretty good track record of 3rd round picks.

Foles,Seumalo, Milton, Dean, Steen, Logan think are easy hits. Hunt is looking like a hit as well but still early

Rasul Douglas wasnt great for us but did become a good player once he left

Josh Huff just screams Chip Kelly even more then Hicks

7-8 out of 13 players not sure you get much better track record by a GM

Do remember he started out with Reagor and Quez as starters

He had Devonta Smith his first full season as a starter and Dallas Geodart and a really underrated ground game

Sanders in 12 games had 750 yards

Jordan Howard had like 400 yards

Boston Scott 370 yards

Gainwell 300 yards

All 4 RBs were avg over 4 ypc Sanders was avg 5.5 ypc Howard was just under 5 ypc with 4.7.

That 21 team was far from stacked sure but it was not this horrible team that you keep trying to sell

Just for comparison sake Wentz in 2016

Ertz and Jordan Matthew’s are his top targets

Ryan Matthew’s is RB1- 670 yards 4.3ypc in 13 games so almost 100 yards less then Sanders and a whole yard less per carry

Darren Sproles 400 yards 4.7 ypc around the same production on the ground as RB2

Smallwood- 300 yards 4.1ypc this is worse then RB3 & RB4 for Hurts

Devonta Smith gave us 900 yards, Geodart 830 yards and the so terrible Quez Watkins had 650 yards

Wentz had Ertz 800 yards and Matthew’s 800 yards his next best option was Sproles with 400 yards….

Mind you Wentz threw for 600 more yards his rookie season throwing to nobodies had DGB, Agholor, Josh Huff , Treggs, Paul turner

So I'm looking at OT that have the promise needed to be Lanes heir. I would be fine even moving back just a little for a kid like Blake Miller. He is already a natural RT, so no transition worries. We need to stop effing around and get someone in here. Proctor bugs me due to his weight. He is a huge mass of humanity but that can work against you.

Iheanachor is another to look at. Stowers at TE needs to be a targeted player. I would love to add Gennings Dunker at RG, but that would mean losing Stowers.. If we miss(or avoid) Stowers I still like Daquon Wright as a late TE snag

TE is really curious one for me just because what are we looking for at the position. Do we want the more receiving type guy like Stowers? Or would we prefer a more traditional inline type guy like Sam Roush.

Think Roush could be had in the 3rd round which frees up the round 2 for someone else

IDK what the new OC will bring in. hard to know. Daquon Wright can be had even later since we're going to sit them anyhow. TE messes with my mock HAHA. I like Stowers for us more than Sadiq. Delp,Royer others can all be had later but IDK what's on Mannion's mind

@cunninghamtheman - that opinion differs slightly from your own on qb1

Maybe he can tell you the reasons why John Lynch is the best GM in football too

This whole "AJ tanked against the 49ers" thing is hilarious

Far from hilarious….we still almost got the job done…even with AJ tanking. Really Rosie left him no alternatives since he wouldn’t trade him….as far as AJ was thinking.

My boy Smith Njigba cashed in BIG(yikes) That's going to put added pressure on Howie re-signing Devonta in 2 years

Another big contract for Kelce in KC. These prices are out of hand insane

With dwindling choices at S it would not shock me if we took Warren (Q's teammate) at S at 23. So S seems like it needs to be a top pick even if not at 23,someone in the first 2 rounds IMO. I like Kilgore who can be had later. Draft going to be very interesting

Maybe if your boy didn't throw into triple coverage on the last play of the game, they would've gotten it done but would've lost in the 2nd rd
