Sam Roush is probably the best traditional TE in the class and think we could land him in the 3rd…. Surprising underrated athlete as well was ranked 3rd in his athletic score at the combined behind only Sadiq and Stowers

Been studying him quite a bit. Big dude. Not polished or anything but all the sites I read basically say "he's not afraid to do the dirty work". That's just what we need IMO. A year behind Goedert would do this kid good. Nice find by you

I like the idea of Roush because it wouldn’t be an obvious tell if he is on the field with Geodart. Either guy could stay in to block or be a receiver.

6’6 270 and still ran a 4.7 lot to like about Roush think he is going to be a nice gem for a team hopefully us lol 😂

If I can steal him at 114 I would do it. IDK if we talked with him or not, only a late TE came in for a 30. Pick 98 could work ,I will see how that plays out

The idea of Geodart,Roush and Mundt in 3 TE sets is appealing all 3 should be plus blocking TEs but can’t sleeping on the receiving ability of Geodart or Roush…. Get one of them sprung open off a PA could be some big plays waiting to happen

We have Wilson coming back as a slot. Hurts was just starting to hit him consistently when he went down. Have to see how Hurts handles the new O. I don't think he's going to "get it" if he keeps going off script as articles have said he did

Having Goedert,Roush and Wilson offers Hurts many outlets IF he can find them

And hell and I think PFF has our OL graded to at 7 I’d say last year we were just outside the top 10 probably around 11-13th but still far better than bottom half the league.

Go watch NE and Seattle OL even with our injured OL we were far better than both those units those are bottom half the league OLs

The issue last year was that in 2024 our OL was all time elite level....the run blocking won games by itself.

In 2025 it wasn't close....so to us it was a huge step backwards. Our bar for our OL is very high. So while it was bad to us, still compared to the rest of the league ...probably just average.

Personally I prefer Black for us as the Gainwell type, but I can understand having a basher so put Allen in there as well. I was never a Shipley fan, and he can go as far as I'm concerned. Yes I took 2 WR's. I love that Caldwell kid. He is being slept on at this point. If I can get him at 178,I will declare a draft steal and laugh all the way home.
