Why would we trade Goedart you just going to list every player might as well trade Hurts then and AJ

These players I see as key for this season and next. Not buying their futures past two seasons. So if you don’t see this year’s squad contending….should be sellers. Been consistent in thinking we make a HC change….need some draft ammo for the new regime to kickstart things with.

Colston Loveland Michigan TE would look real nice here.

Measuring players actually could fetch a high return with lesser potential future with the franchise. Not just judging the trade market by who we want to get rid of.

Again we aren’t shopping Barkley who we just signed for 3 years and we are not going to deal Godert with nothing behind him maybe next year if we draft a TE to replace him

Wanting to move players that don’t have a future with the team is fine Sweat/Maddox/Bradberry all fit that

If we got a second round pick for Goedert….pretty much get us a new TE in the next draft with it. The ever evolving cycle. Been pretty good at drafting TE and the draft has been supplying them fairly consistently.

So then you look to deal Godert next year or the year after that not now…. Plus the Eagles success at drafting TEs has also come with them usually sitting behind the old head for a year or two… Celek to Ertz then Ertz to Geodart

Do you really think Howie doesn’t view this team as good enough to contend?

Got your franchise QB paid 255m for surrounding him with a good OL and top playmakers. D not going to be dominate but image they all believe will be good enough by seasons end.
But this is definitely a team that is built around our offense to carry why we paid Hurts/AJ/Smith/Geodart went out got Barkley and invested as much in the OL

You said for draft return in a trade. Releasing Maddox or Bradberry isn’t bringing any return. Two different t conversations here….thats why at least brought up Sweat.

The Browns matchup concerns me.

Watson has been really bad mainly because he cant handle pressure.

The Eagles have shown no ability to get any pass rush

Would you trade Goedert....for a 2025 3rd round pick?    If not, what would the value be that you would trade him for?

Would you trade Barkley for a 2025 3rd round pick?  If not, then what value would you trade him for?

Finally... which team do you think will give you the value that you want for either one of those two?   Also what would the cap ramifications be for that?

Also... if you are really a Hurts fan and want the Eagles to succeed offensively while he is the starting QB... do you think trading either one of these two helps Hurts improve and gives him a better chance to lead the Eagles to a possible Superbowl?

I said to trade Maddox or Bradberry I didn’t say release I said we might not get anything for Maddox might

Plus I was looking at realistic guys that could be on the block we could trade and why I agreed on Sweat when you mentioned him even saying he likely would have the most value because of his position.

Then you went on a rant of listing unrealistic guys we wouldn’t trade

Also never mentioned for draft return I brought up picks since that’s most likely what we would get for guys like Bradbury or Maddox but I wouldn’t be against a player for player trade either

Yet we can't find TE2

TE2 and a reliable slot are still an issue for this team on offense

Hopefully Wilson will fill the slot spot

I quite like us using Smith in the slot which we did quite a bit in GB when AJ was healthy so hope with his return that continues.

As for that #3 WR who knows whoever Hurts decides to trust and start throwing to I guess

It’s interesting that @JFowlerESPN also noted that "multiple defensive positions were up to discussions over the past week.”

What other changes could Vic Fangio be considering? I can think of a few.

- Jeremiah Trotter Jr. possibly getting a look at LB over Nakobe Dean.

- Jalyx Hunt played well late in Week 4 and should see an uptick in snaps on the edge.

- Sydney Brown as the team’s dime LB if he is activated for Week 6.

That's too funny. Wouldn't that go in the column as "Worse than T.O.?"

Crossing Broad.com...  has Reddick as the dumbest holdout ever.

What a dope.

Everybody is tradeable

Nope... their are salary cap implications with trades.  Not everyone is tradeable.

Your boy isn't tradeable. Neither are a few others.

If your selling sure but we aren’t a selling team there are realistic trade guys and there are not.

Like we aren’t trading Hurts sure we can sit here and say well if we get offered this amazing deal we will…. Yes in the .000000000000001% chance a team offers us everything but the kitchen sink we will make a trade

You can't trade Hurts.  Or a few other players...regardless of the offer from the other team...because there are salary cap implications that will cause us to create a lot of dead cap if we trade certain players.

The kitchen sink is irrelevant

Why? He had zero guaranteed money.
