Actually Milton transferred to Tennessee where he traded starting turns with Malik Hooker because both were injured at one time or another. He has alot of potential and I thought he showed well at the combine. There is this HUGE gap at QB with Milton being the last guy in the 170 range(which is almost past round 6 anyhow). After that the next QB is ranked at like 221. But if he fell into 6 I wouldn't be mad if we took him Or Penix

March 3, 20241 yr There was a whole interview with Rosie basically blaming the coaches for not playing his draft picks more. It’s their fault he only prioritizes drafting in the trenches. Jalen Carter obviously got very involved. But Nolan Smith taken in the first round barely received snaps. Especially if you discount that final week sham game where he gathered half his playing time. He seems to be blaming the coaches that preferred proven commodities over rookie mistakes. Like the coaches did anything wrong by turning the RG job over to Opeta when Cam was injured. Steen got a game in. Really thought he looked the part even. Made some mistakes that I’d expect from any first game for a pro. I have no doubts Steen could have handled the job. Opeta is very proven player though. He has a really good amount of experience. Opeta didn’t come into the league as polished for sure. He needed the development. Which has paid off. Believe this is basically the point Rosie was making. Steen and Smith need the snaps to speed up their development. But…you knew that was coming…BUT I see it as the coaches job to put the best players out there every week. To do what’s best for the team. That’s where the questions get involved I guess. What’s best for the team…or the franchise I should probably phrase it? All pro players have such short careers. So there is clearly an element of needing to put out the best for each year’s squad. But the long term health of the franchise can be better served at times by playing and developing the youth.

Lmao I’d expect more from you honestly how you make nothing but excuses for hurts all the time… think most on this board are treating Hurts like we have every other QB over the years we call out the flaws
March 3, 20241 yr Like we get nothing but excuses from you then we get stupid comments like great QB in our franchises history like really come on who here in the board needs to do better???? Maybe one day Hurts will be the best but to sit here right now and say it just look like an ignorant jock riding Hurts fan

Maybe the 99% is right? But,no Ham is never wrong. Hurts is mediocre and piss poor passer. If he can't ball hog, and have 350 pound guys tush pushing him he can't play

It's a tough balancing act. A lot of pressure on coaches, reason why they get paid big $
March 3, 20241 yr Rumors we could be looking at a Gardner Johnson reunion going to bet he won his gamble 8m last year and will no doubt get more then his last offer of 3 years 24m if we are really looking to bring him back

Giants game and playoff game in 2023. Hurts with AJ = 2022. Tell me AJ has no effect on Hurts or the offense. He is the difference. Look a Tennessee with and without.

Maybe one day Hurts will be the best but to sit here right now and say it just look like an ignorant jock riding Hurts fan Everything about Hurts is based off his running. Ham...." the all time leading TD guy" wasn't from throwing TDs GB... " Hurts regressed "... wasn't his passing that regressed...he ran less effectively. This was my issue from the start. You can't base your QB's game on his running. It's great for fantasy... but when the other team contains it... he's done. A QB who can run ...if needed... not the same as a guy who bases his game off of running.

March 5, 20241 yr Author Kelce was awesome. Like Sproles he was told he was to small to play. Both of them showed up and killed that theory. Congrats to Jason for a fabulous career as an Eagle
