Maybe there's more to the story, but I doubt it.  Stuff like this makes me cringe.  In what universe would someone think it's ok to just pack all your ish up and run away in the middle of the night, then have your agent deliver the news in the middle of a freakin game?  What a pathetic pansy.

Patriots trying to tank now

I would need no explanation from Cespedes; I wonder when Manfred figures the Phillies are supposed to make up these six (going on 9-10) postponed games in a 60-game season.

Could only happen to the Mets. @4for4EaglesNest Remember the article that said Cespedes was going to be the Mets X factor?

When I was about seven years old, our next door neighbors did that. Never told anyone they were moving and just snuck out in the middle of the night, Irsay style. I later learned that they bolted to Central America and eventually returned to another part of town.

speaking of neighbors, I heard this on the radio. Lets hear the blog's thoughts.

You have a 12 year old son who can see the neighbor's back yard out his bedroom window.

Neighbor has an 18 year old daughter who your son can see skinny dipping. And he has a telescope at the window.

Do you say something to the neighbor? Do you say something to your son? Do you say nothing to either?

Ask for the address and get a video drone?

This is a classic case of how the world has passed me by.

IMO unless the daughter is stupid or blind, she is aware that she is visible to her neighbors via upstairs windows.

This opinion does not align with present day sensitivity

Ill let this go a while longer and let you know what most people calling and texting in to the radio said about it.

if neighbor lets his daughter skinny dip in view of windows that not your son's fault for looking. but your neighbor has issues for sure letting his daughter run around naked. but you might want to give your son a case of wet wipes and tell him not let his mother see his me time.

I'd switch rooms with my son.

Im not sure of this detail, but maybe the parents arent home when the daughter is doing this. Thatd be a little weird if shes getting naked in front of her family at that age. Im assuming theyre not home so I wouldnt say theyre letting her.

true wasn't sure of that but she is either doing it when they are out of town or doesn't have an issue if they come home.

My serious answer in today’s world is I wouldn’t worry too much with him being 12.  If he were closer to the girl’s age and posed a threat (say 15 or older) I would tell my son the consequences of ending up on a sex offender registry, and I’d also tell the neighbor in a tactful way to let their daughter know that she does not have the privacy she thinks she does.

Its 2020. The majority of the callers and texters to the station were disgusted by the actions of this 12 year old  creeper and said his parents need to come down on him hard.

Watkins says he’s learning all the WR positions, so I guess they aren’t spoon feeding the rookies in a weird offseason. I don’t think I agree with that one.

I don't know what to say to anyone who has a problem with this boy. I wouldn't know where to begin. Once parents become aware of what the boy is doing than a retelling of Lady Godiva and Peeping Tom is in order but it's not like the boy is running a gauntlet to see her - no discipline. A conversation with the daughters parents is also in order - as alphagrand has laid out

I’d let him know that he doesn’t have a hair on his a** if he doesn’t offer her some positive verbal feedback from the window.

Maybe we have a WR coach now who knows how to get WRs up to speed in less than 3 years. We will see.

It's always the man's fault. Even when a woman is gallivanting around naked. Except when they are strippers, but it's still a man's fault.
