As an attorney, I can say I don't know every law and I'm no criminal expert. I think what we will find is that the Courts will limit the scope of the authority.  I have said what I think and I don't think we're going to reach a consensus on this.

My puppy took a pee on the floor and I slipped and fell. Can I sue the puppy?

That’s going to be a ruff case... probably not going to fetch very much from the puppy.

I’ll see my way out...

Actually a good discussion. I probably lean more towards wentz then TO. might also be cause it’s more recent. I thought the eagles could win a playoff game without TO though cause they had done it before. And i thought having westbrook still was huge for the playoffs unlike 2003 where i thought with westbrook they likely would’ve beaten Carolina. I wasn’t sure which foles we’d get and if him just being solid would be enough.

Your puppy is personal property.  You are responsible for your personal property.  You cannot sue yourself.  I would also argue that the pee was open and obvious.  Basically, it is your fault for not watching where you were walking.

It’s easy to forget amidst hockey and really the entire world coming to a screeching halt, but next summer there will be a new NHL team! Yes, the NHL’s 32nd team will take over in Seattle for the 2021-22 season, which means there’s another expansion draft coming, which means that the Flyers are going to lose a player.

Not a fan of possibly watering down a good product.

Meh.  Hockey can withstand that.   Basketball, Football and Baseball.  Not so much.

Not only that it evens out the conferences. It was 31 teams. I wish they still had the whalers and nordiques instead of teams like the panthers and Carolina.

Is this even a debate? Obviously the Wentz injury. With TO, there was still the chance he could make it back for the Super Bowl. And remember, the Eagles were favored in both of their playoff games without him. That wasn't the case with Wentz.

No, you are contributorily negilgent for having a floor.

There was an older attorney that I worked with years ago that said it was never a good thing when you had to look something up.

So if we ask an undercover officer to identify himself he has to?

No. That's a TV myth.

I'll save the blog from more shirtless selfies, but if you do click that link, Brandon Brooks shed a toooon of weight. He looks like he's coming back as a DE

Definitely Wentz. That was as bad as a loss in a playoff game for me. We were the best team in the league all year, and they weren't even going to get a shot at proving it in the playoffs... or so I thought.

This may be a hot take, but I wouldn't be surprised to see him retire soon. Has the anxiety issues with football, and he's starting to get really into MMA.

I remember leaving the LA colosseum after that game with my brother being absolutely depressed even though they won and saying of course that would happen to the eagles.

I didn't realize how unreal of shape Brooks is in. He looks like a receiver here.

You know that's just the sort of stat that goes against the Eagles.  It seems like the sort of thing that always happens.  Tampa Bay has never won a playoff game under certain temperature, this would be the longest field goal in NFL history, no team has ever lost a home playoff after such and such circumstance...the Eagles 9 out of 10 times have those things go against them.

With that being said, Washington is going to have a very good defense.  Rivera and Del Rio have loads of talent on that side of the ball.

I'm sure it'll be a tough test but we cant lose to them anyway.  It's a division game and we dont want to be the 1st team to lose to them under their new name.

I can see it as a trivia question years from now:

Who was the 1st team Washington beat under the name "Football Team"? 😄

Answer: Philadelphia Eagles

He must have lost weight or something.  Isnt he well over 300 lbs?  No way that's his playing weight.

I actually wouldn’t mind if he did. He has to take care of his mental health.

Yup. I remember that night. It was a drinking out back by a fire by myself kinda night. Scrolling through twitter for glimmers of hope like pictures of him walking through a food buffet, staring into nothing, and more drinking.

His playing weight is around 340
