First off as usual you don't have the facts. The guy he shot in the head was throwing a molotov coktail at him watch the video. Second guy tried to bash him with a skateboard while he was on the ground. So yeah...the kid defended himself against a mob trying to kill him. Saying he is awesome isn't being happy people died. It's called self defense, but that is a foreign word to liberals who don't believe in it. Everyone he shot was chasing him or trying to bash him while he was on the ground. Never said he was a hero. Most adults can't handle themselves that well.

the video i saw was him on the ground , black guy goes for a foot stomp to the head and is shot in the leg and limps away , then white goes for the stomp and is shot and dropped , 3rd white guy goes for kill shot to the head and is shot threw his gun arm and is no longer a threat. kid retreats. 2 stupid armed groups and shots can be heard popping off everywhere.

It’ll depend on the lawyers convincing a jury tbh. A lawyer defending him is going to try and make it relevant and the other that it wasn’t. Then you got a jury deciding which to believe. Just strictly from a legality standpoint it’s going to be argued in the trial.

One can argue and you have, that if black people dont want to get shot by cops then comply.

Same rules apply here on both sides. Dont want to get shot by some dude with an AR dont chase him. Dont want to get charged with murder dont incite a violent mob then shoot at them.

Two people are dead cuz this kid wanted to play pretend cop the consequences for the kids that chased him theyre dead. Consequences for him should be jail, how long and what charge is to be determined.
