2 lol.

These guys(bigger schools, OSU, Bama, LSU, ETC) have so much talent around them that when they have to be "the man" they dont work out, or become average very quickly.

Is Chase Young going to be a flop, no. Is he gonna get 15 sacks in any of his first 5 years, no.

They have lots of talent on that DL, so he'll be a handful.  If he stays healthy he'll be worth the pick.

The ancient Greeks viewed Hope as something akin to Foreboding. It is somewhat akin to the Calvinist notion of predestination, except that all Greeks went to the same place at death. Hope is pointless. That said, I wish good health and appetite to your dog.

Well not all of the neighborhoods in Hades are the same.

Cam Heyward, Michael Thomas, Malcolm Jenkins, Ezekiel Elliott, Marshon Lattimore, Denzel Ward all seem like they've lived up to their draft status (at least). And that's just people playing currently.

How the hell do you know, slappy?

Which Steelers jersey you buying this year? TJ Watt?

Hey I'm only going to say this once.

Any guy whose crazy enough to get on a plane from Australia , go to IMG, show up at a PRO camp for TWO Freakin years after having never played a down, and who looks like that dude?

THAT guy, if ever there was one , deserves a fair shot.

Heck man, one of muh favorite teams of ALL TIME , the 70's Raiders , would recruit you from a Bar Fight film.

Sick of all your PreProduced NY Media BS.   Boston Scott showed you EXACTLY how you "figure" out if a guy can play. If you never let him on the field, you never know.

Will this take the place of kneeling? I mean this is the kind of protesting I can go along with, hopefully someday we'll be able to not have the need for the protests. That said I doubt there will ever be a day when cops are so great that they aren't going to shoot people whatever color they are by accident or wrongfully. That's the goal though, right?

Why do you your posts always have the same layout, like some weird haiku?

Thanks, all great info.

Right now he's in AP pre-calculus and physics. He's the incumbant captain of the JV wrestling team and also next to be the varsity wrestler in his weight class if/when the season starts for his junior year. He's also a cadet Lt Col in his AF JROTC class.

He wants to go AF academy but I've been trying to steer him towards U of Illinois, Purdue, or *dry heaves* Michigan.

I'm just looking for whatever online education he can get during the pandemic because his current regimen of schoolwork really isn't challenging him.

You could look into community college courses. They're probably all online and he could carry credit into college. Do it right and he might be able to graduate early.

If he's just interested in learning rather than getting credit for courses, there are a bunch of free online resources to learn this stuff.

In the world of Professional Sports, been trying to communicate this for years, CRAZY is not necessarily BAD.

You got that yet Danny Jackson?

If you asked me to list "qualities" I'd like my OT's to possess going into 2020.  I'd list crazy street fighter as no lower than 2 on the list.

Lane you know has it.

Seriously, I could see all your zombie dedicated devotion to what the media tells you, if Jason Peters had literally carried Nick Foles through the Golden gates alongside St Peter himself.  People just completely disregard simple facts. Vaitai won you the bowl. Not the guy with the agent LOL

Khan has some great micro/macro videos. The AC/DC economics guy on YouTube does as well. Could prep for some electives.

Bobby Hoying did have that 900 yard game against Cincinatti and everyone was pretty much convinced he was the next  Joe Montana.

Which is messed up considering that was literally his only really good game

Methinks Tra is being a bit simplistic here but to be fair he knows more than me and has to work with the clips he can get.

I think his simplicity does actually address the questions people have about the functional ability of Pryor to take over as starter for the year.  Lot of plays packed into that.

I know what his feelings on Pryor are, but curious what @justrelax's thoughts are on this video.

Also still think it should be a no-brainer that Peters moves to LT.  And frankly, (and to disagree with what Jon Ritchie is wailing about on the radio) I don't care if they bump up Peters' salary a couple mil.  It's not going to bug me as long Carson has a better shot at staying healthy.

Btw, can we swap Tra for Barrett Brooks on Eagles post game live please?

Yes.  I bought his jersey.  Second one I owned. I lost it.  But I still have the Ricky Waters jersey

So do I, after the who for what game Ricky actually was pretty damn good.

Rank these LT options in order of preference:

1) Sign Reiff to a multi year deal

2) Sign Reiff to a 1 year deal

3) Sign another FA to try out at LT.

4) Let Pryor/Mailata/Driscoll battle it out for LT. Pray.

5) Pay Peters to move to LT, use an in house replacement for RG

6) Pay Peters to move to LT, look for a free agent RG

2 - Ideal if the cost isnt much. If it's north of $8M this drops

1 - Same stipulations. Insurance for next year would be nice but if not if its costly

3 - They need someone but no one really great out there

6 - They need depth

5 - Not a bad option but leaves them thin

4 - No

All seem awful. Only because any other choice will get hurt as well

True but outside of a time machine them's the breaks.

(4).

Play Jordan Mailata at LT. He's only going to get better with reps. If Lane is playing, you can protect Jordan with the following:

  • TE Chips
  • RB Chips
  • Running the ball
  • Ghost motion to hold the DE
  • Play-action
  • 3-5 step drops
  • Screens

Let Driscoll be the OT backup & Pryor the OG backup.
