I get it's hard to know how to react in that moment, no one is prepared for something like that, but it's so on brand for newscasters today given the entire essence of their being is fake. They talk fraudulently, they act fraudulently, their entire persona is for the screen. It's no wonder when something like that happens they don't know what to do. Which is very obviously to not stand there like an idiot and try to say something, but run over to the guy and see if, you know, he's ok and still alive.

Yeah, I remember watching it when it happened and thinking that the guy should have rushed over to him. They went to commercial very quickly, though.

Complete and total 100% pass on watching either game.

About two-thirds of our distance comes from Brazil (9,500) and Los Angeles (5,400).  Frustrating since one of them is a home game.

Other than those, we actually have a friendly road schedule.  NYG, Was, and Bal are bus/train.  Cincy and TB are in the same time zone.

If this is true, they don't get on a plane after week 12?  Four out of the last five at home? A stretch of 7 out of 10 on the road?  Really?

I dislike the division games at the end of the season.  Aside from the Packers, that's an easy start to the schedule.  There's also no terrible stretch of teams. The hardest three game stretch may be the Bengals, Jaguars and Cowboys.

A completely random, non-Eagles memory popped into my head a little while ago... anyone else see this when it happened about 25 or so years ago?

I give the landing 8.5 out of 10.

Thankfully there's no Eagles game on Christmas day.

Saquon will be sitting that game getting ready for the playoffs though.

Weeks 8-13 is the meat of the schedule. Go 4-2 in that run and I see 12-5/13-4 as perfectly reasonable. They should be able to handle the Jags and Commies at home, so can you split at Cincy, Dallas, LAR and Ravens is the question.

Well, I do like the optimism of being already preparing for the playoffs by week 7 😜. I know the tweet is worded weirdly.

The 7 out of 10 road games is going to be brutal though! And a very early bye too.

I might even go 9.5, he nailed it and didn't even take his hands out of his pockets to catch himself!

Off hand when's the last time the Eagles won in NO.

92 WC Eric Allen pick 6?

They’ve won a couple times since then. In 2000, and the most recent in 2007.

Looks like that schedule leak is for real.

EagleJoe was right I looked it up, it was 2007 in a year no one remembered because it ended horribly and that was the Mike McMahon season because of injuries. But they beat them earlier in the season before it fell apart.

I live in Baltimore so I’m only interested in when that game is.

No @hputenis and @Godfather no sleepovers

The Mike McMahon year was 05. I remember the 07 game because it was the first of a 2 game stretch, (the following week being the finale home game against the Bills) where someone fumbled into the endzone and Kevin Curtis recovered both for TDs. McNabb fumbled in NO, and I think it was Reggie Brown who fumbled against Buffalo, but I could be wrong there.

when are tickets going on sale? Always a wednesday at 10am. Always in May. Next week?

Right, mixed it up. 2005 and 2007 were probably the most forgettable of all the Reid seasons. Was 2007 the year where Westbrook went down at the one yard line against Dallas?
