March 3Mar 3 I'm sure the usual suspects who were around in August 2024 will have the same reaction today. Any minute now.....

March 3Mar 3 If you're not okay with losing hundreds of thousands of dollars in your 401k as a result of an unnecessary war, then you're basically a terrorist sympathizer!
March 3Mar 3 Things look bleak now but once our doge and tariff checks come in combined with the 1500% discount the pharmaceutical companies owe us we’ll be swimming in cash

March 4Mar 4 There are 2 gas stations near me that haven't gone up. Haven't driven by them yet but I imagine they're PACKED
March 4Mar 4 Was $3.15 when I drove in this morning. Anyone think there will be shortages the longer this goes on?

I get that it'd be better to pay less but the way Americans spend money on useless sh** like food delivery, clothes, shoes, etc the fact that people whine about an extra $30 a month in gas boggles my mind.

So gas prices kind of effect the price of everything in some capacity. Now in general the criticism (and praise) of a president over gas prices is typically pretty silly imo. With the notable exception of the president starting a dumb Israeli proxy war in the Middle East and destabilizing the region without a clear end game

I mentioned that he didn't need to travel to work anymore and saved on gas. He said he didn't want to calculate that because he'd likely get pissed about how much money he spent on gas in a year

I gave my son a 3 year old car that had 6000 miles on it lmao
