Don’t have a feel for this game.  The defense has to many issues.  Not sure they can stop The Little Sisters of the Mercy ground game at this point and the "tackling” is awful.  Good offense but too many mistakes.  Meanwhile, N’worlins has been cruising and has a good defense.

I have no expectations for this game. I think we are going to go out there and do exactly what we all fear rather than them go out there firing. I just don’t feel like this is a team who responds to tough losses.

I woke up this morning feeling as though today is going to be a disaster for Philly.

I had a bad feeling about the game when I woke up Monday morning as well.

But Huff gets his first sack today 

Feel like we get blown out today. Not sure if it's worth the watch or if I should just get some work done around the house before we move.

I like Sirianni but if they keep blowing games in the final minute it ultimately falls on him.

It's not his fault that Barkley drops that pass or that Hurts makes a dumb decision at the end of games but if it keeps happening then maybe they need a new voice leading the team.  

Kinda crazy because the guy has been in the playoffs every year he's been coach with a SB appearance.  But if the same stupid stuff keeps happening then a new voice is needed. 

Problem is I don't think putting Kellen Moore in as HC will change much.

Then if you did hire Belichick after the season I feel it would help the defense alot but is he going to keep Moore or bring in McDaniels or Bill O'Brien to run the offense.  Another different OC for Hurts.  Not gonna be good.

Sometimes you have to take a step back to really fix things. Nick, Hurts, and the defensive system aren't winning a SB. Howie also is bad at picking DEs.

It's a shame some of these issues were covered at the start of last year or maybe Nick would already be gone. I'm not rooting for them to get destroyed, but it could be good for them long-term.

Hurts had every opportunity to win that game Monday.

Quite frankly I don’t think he’s getting nearly enough criticism for the pick. It was another flat out stupid decision.

Thats what happens when your underperforming offense puts your defense on the spot all game every game. The scores should never be that close. But the offense.....

I just rewatched the Falcons game and still can’t believe we lost that game.    Everyone was talking about the Saquon drop and that would have sealed it - but my goodness -

 

….we could have fielded a college defense out there the last minute and would have had the same result.   Defense was absolutely, without question, pathetic - never seen a worse defense or effort than that in my life.

They had 34 seconds and a timeout last week and needed just a FG.

They had 30 seconds and 3 timeouts against Seattle and needed a FG.

They were winning with less than two minutes at midfield against the Jets and lost the lead due to an interception. 

That argument doesn’t hold water. 

This isn’t blaming just the offense but they had their own part to lose the games.

Yeah it’s wild. I expected some struggles early in the season. Even predicted a 2-2 start.

But to basically have the worst defense in the league is effing ridiculous.

 

 

Is it just me or are the Dolphins really just dumb seeing what happened to Tua a week ago and then throwing his ass on a plane to Seattle for no reason?
