I get that we're Eagles fans, but you would never know we won 28-3 yesterday by reading these comments.

Saquon had a great day and with less than 20 touches (good long-term). Kenny G played well as RB2 rather than as the high-leverage situational back (RZ, 2min, etc.). The defense looks as though it has come out its shell at least against a shaky QB and shown a lot of promising secondary depth. Nobody got their season ended on that field, well maybe dimes.

It's a message board built for discussion and arguing points. That's it's main purpose.

If you'd rather sing Kumbaya this probably isn't the place for you

I think you have to be excited if you're an Eagles fan.

We finally saw what a Fangio defense is supposed to look like. All of our sacks came with just 4-man pressures and there were a lot of unblocked rushers, which is exactly what he produces.

Mitchell went toe-to-toe with a standout wr he is going to face for years and shut him down. DeJean was our highest graded defender. Remember when slot was one of our biggest problems on defense?

Huff and Smith played their best games. Smith has equaled or exceeded his stats from last year in 35 fewer snaps, and is definitely earning his playing time. Huff had his second productive game since the coaches decided to use him properly.

And a week after Cleveland pretty much shut down our running game, we showed what happens when you don't stack the box to stop Barkley. Make teams pick their poison.

So far this year we have gained either the most or second most yards against five of the six teams we have played. And we did that even though we benched our starters in the fourth quarter against the Giants.

A lot to be excited about.

One of a kind.

Did you guys hear that Saquon selflessly told Sirianni that he wanted the young guys to eat rather than rush for his all time high?   Haven’t seen anyone talk about it yet.

But Kurt Warner said it was a bad idea to throw to him in those situations.

Are we honestly arguing taking sacks intentionally is good?

How much lower can we bring the bar?

this just made @olsilverhair moist.

I think it's more about the Jags if anything.

I'm fine with any reason they come up with.

Idk about all that but he was on pace for close to 30 turnovers for the season heading into the bye week. So the fact he’s gone two consecutive games without doing so or fumbling is an improvement of taking care of the ball which was a major issue the first 4 games.

There’s a middle ground he needs to find between playing care free and over protective when it comes to the ball.

He should retire. Dolphins shouldn't let him back. Find some loophole in the contract. If he wants to risk his life then allow him to do it with some other team

Did you know Jalen Hurts can squat 600 pounds? That’s wild, and people are hardly talking about it.

Calcaterra wasn't really wide open. The DB sees it the whole time and that's either a pick, or broken up pass if he throws it there. he should've hit Barkley as he's open, but every QB misses an open guy each game.

Or the open guy wasn’t the hot receiver or the check down.

Uh, I just posted the end zone angle video of the play. He had a lane but instead gave himself up, literally without anyone laying a finger on him.

What he should have done was run all the way out the back of the EZ, they would have flipped the field even better on the kick after the safety. They won 28-3, what would 2 point matter.

At the very least he should be shut down for this season and be reevaluated next July when training camp starts.  I don't think he's going to get past these concussions unless he/they treat it as a long term recovery from injury.

IIRC, the male brain stops developing around 25.  In theory it’s possible to regain what’s lost in a TBI before that (in theory).  At this point what’s done is done.  There is no recovery…I have TBI and it sucks.  I get drive and desire, but what he’s doing trying to play again is just beyond stupid.  In all honestly the NFLPA and team leadership need to step in.  Cut him a severance package…bring him onto the staff or something to make an accommodation.

He has improved a bit this year and doesn’t just immediately flush back and to the right. Yes, he still does it on occasion but way way less often this year (so far).

Sometimes he flushes left or straight back now!  Unpredictability is the key to success.  I semi joke, yes…this year he’s seemed a little more aware that he can’t just bail before anything develops.

So much new information.  I’m still blown away that Sirianni has a brother that also coaches football bc he never talks about it!!

Serious question…Dean had 2 right?  I know we ran 3 down a bit toward the end, so both those came off 3 man fronts

Damn. Guess technically we need to root for Ravens because of the conference right? Ugh. Don't like Ravens
