For starters Fetterman said healthcare is a basic right, so what in your crazy mind thinks he'd have been against it? for Putin it's a win-win:

1. if Trump is taken out it turns him into a martyr, further dividing our country as the right will reflexively blame the left, and there will be plenty of leftists who would celebrate the act.

2. if Trump isn't taken out, he gets to lean into the "violent left" rhetoric and would likely buoy him in the polls. and 100% Putin wanted Trump in office, because he's easy to manipulate.

I just smacked your BS down twice with history. Try as you may to interject the GOP into this it doesn't change what the Dems were in the 90s. They were pro America, pro borders, and the rest that as I've correctly stated multiple times. Fetterman would fit right in. Today's Dems would be radicals as characters on the West Wing.
