The etiology of Herbert’s overratedness isn’t complicated.  He’s a pure prototype qb with incredible physical talent who threw for 5,000 yards and 38 TDs in year TWO.

Of course he’s been downhill since and has sucked in the playoffs.  But that first paragraph is enough to start a massive hype train that will take a while to slow down.

Gotta love starting the drive with a flea flicker.... only to take a sack.

The last (and only) QB to do that in Year 2 was Dan Marino, I believe.

Herbert's very good, but he doesn't throw with much touch. That's what gets him into some trouble. Everything he throws is like a javelin.

i just don’t see the Steelers winning this game. Imo i think the ravens are a bad matchup for the bills in the divisional round. Henry can run on that defense like he did in their regular season matchup. And their defense has begun to really turn the corner the last month.

hard to tell if that meanshe was late with the ball or what

I didn’t see the last pick but i was driving and on the radio the announcer went off on DJ chark running an awful route on that one. I think some of his issues is like you guys have said he doesn’t have great touch. Some of this is bad WRs do bad things that don’t show up on the tv coverage and does on all 22
