Seeing all these Instagram posts of AJ Brown with the author of that book. I have a prediction that nobody will like, but my guess is he’s never even read it. I don’t care about the outlines and highlights.  I just like imagining the conversation when they met:

I know I already commented on this but this one is making my skin crawl. Not even Cam Newton, although this was as predictable as the Cowboys missing the NFCC for the 30th year in a row. I don’t know if he wanted this article to come out or not. He probably did, and his situation is typical. But the idiot that posted this using the word "heartbreaking.”  I honestly can’t think of 1 event in the history of humanity that has ever been less "heartbreaking” than this.

Well. This is about as a sure thing of a snow event that you'll ever see about 44 hours before kickoff.  100% chance of snow during the entire game window.  Snow 3-5 inches.  Heavier if you get stuck under a band of heavy snow.

And you should feel dumb for not checking who you're quoting, as I said no such thing, but as we all know, you never met a strawman you didn't like.

 

I gave examples of how a player signing a big contract extension is not evidence of a player being a bust or not. I mentioned nothing about the timeframe a player plays in the league.
