So we just saw the first one since 1976.

Cool man.

no. first successful one. I remember seeing one a few years ago. I guess it wasnt successful though.

Such a Payton thing. Denver is bullying Chargers

Horse collar tackle that wasn’t called

I’ve been waiting for almost fifty years to see a successful free kick. My mind goes to the possibility long before the announcers ever seem to grasp what’s going on. Hell, Michaels was already going to halftime when the Chargers called timeout with eight seconds left and seemed startled that they did so. Meanwhile I’m already on the edge of my seat looking for precisely that.

Late dinner on tap tonight.

Probably after the game.

Spicy oven baked bone-in porkchop.

Basmati brown rice.

Oven-roasted carrots with a soy sauce and honey glaze.

now that was a late hit.

Got ourselves a ball game

According to my adjusted completion percentage calculations, if you take away every incompletion, Hurts has a 100% completion percentage.

Math!

Hurts gets that in the endzone on that 2 point.

Greg Roman is not a good offensive coordinator

On the subject of kicks and ST…I think the nfl should do something to marginally increase the success rate of onsides kicks.

I generally do not like to chance the structure of any sport that has heritage, success, and watch ability already.  AND…maintaining possession after scoring is supposed to be very difficult.  But I think it’s just one ounce too difficult.  Almost complete futility lately with them.  Less than a handful per season.

McHonkey is good

Yeesh!

Man what a TD throw.

Both of these teams might be the future of the AFC

I am not sure what to think about Nix yet. He does not want to push the ball downfield.

Good old Ray finkle

Think both these teams should probably chill with the hard play action

Same, but he certainly has exceeded expectations. I thought he was a huge reach in the draft and all the hype in the offseason was silly. Payton also has seemed to turn that franchise around pretty quick.

Bo Nix just did that to spite me for giving him props once.
