Don't run the play over and over because it has a net gain of 1 yard on average.  Running it in every and all short yardage situations, especially on 3rd down is short sighted gains, ignoring bigger goals.   But hey, I wonder why they didn't go for it on 4th down.   🤔   We have one of the best, if not the best, OL... we have the best RB... but we are afraid to go for it on 4th and 1 at midfield and put it on them to convert it.    Tell me why?   Maybe because the coaches haven't trusted them to do it at all during the season leading up to this moment.   But its all good.  We can play scared because one play has been taken out of the playbook.
