Taking another home game away from us. Why do we keep getting Fed by the NFL like this and the Cowboys never play overseas?

I’m not an OL expert…but Campbell and Banks seem like sure fires.  Though I think Banks moves inside possibly or is a RT.  Campbell, I love what I’ve seen of him.  He looks like a top LT from day 1 IMO.  But overall like you said we are in a good position…this draft will be like the NA or DG draft.  Whoever we pick the reaction will be…’ok’ and nothing more haha.

I mean, the very fact that Banks lacks ideal length for OT is kind of the point. There is no Jon Ogden or Orlando Pace where they have every tool you could ask for and are virtually guaranteed to be a multi time pro bowler.

Campbell, like Banks, lacks length. He has the height and weight, he can move, but all reports say he has short arms. Does that matter? Maybe not. But if you’re drafting in the top 10, you want a clean prospect from a physical view.

This draft is pretty decent for interior prospects though — lots of guards and centers who could be good. But the tackle class is one of worst I can remember.

I’d expect us to take a couple DL in the top 4 rounds, but other than that I think we could go off script early for BPA. It wouldn’t shock me if we ended up taking a RB or WR in the first two rounds, for instance.

Landon Jackson had a tough week keeping his footing, but he seems to be a gamer.

Bech doing well as expected.

If that means he is the one who is available at the end of round 1, Im ok with that.

I heard that he looked rough when asked to rush from out wide, but looked very good at his usual position over the OT.

I think we have our edge rushers who can line up wide, and we need to replace the typical DE types like Graham and Sweat. So Jackson's strength/weakness profile still fits the bill for us.

I really liked Shemar, but now he is getting top 12 kind of hype. Even Pearce who was mocked to us in the end of the round is now looking to be a potential top 10 guy.

As Caplan says, its a fluid situation. I guess there will still be more jockeying of position after the combine as well.

I dont care about Dallas, but yeah... why do we lose a home game two years in a row?

I potentially would have attended that game with my dad, a rams fan. Now it wont be possible.

Screw the NFL sometimes! A game in Aus? No this is going to mess teams up!

Correction: the game appears like it's in 2026 not 2025.

We're more popular than Dallas

Pretty clear who he wants to go to

Vegas can have 32 and whatever else it takes to get it done (within reason)

32 and Hurts should do it Id imagine.

I agree that that is your approach, but you are "framing" your approach very narrowly and sai9ng that any other view of what literally happened is "wrong."  So here is a question for you, "Did the trade of the 2024 4th Round pick "literally happen?"

@Iggles_Phan hit the nail on the head when he said "within a forest, you can evaluate individual trees."  and then went on to say   "And while one tree may have supplied seeds for future trees, that tree might be unhealthy and the overall forest may have been better off had it been removed sooner. "

No it literally didn’t

@paco I will never forgive you

Not only that it may impact the BYE as well. There is no way they can expect a team to fly home that length of time and still play the next weekend.

Yup, LJ looks much more comfortable playing over the tackle, setting an edge and bull rushing.

Oladejo had a pair of sacks, one was unblocked, but you can see that he’s quick off the blocks and has nice closing speed. The long arms help him walk back the tackle, but he has a lot to learn in terms of counters.

Savion Jones was a menace early on, as the opposing G was having a hard time landing punches.

Darius Alexander looks the part, and is very nimble for a guy who is already over 300lbs.

I don’t think Ezeiruaku played (another DE/OLB projected to fall in our range).

Not taking sides but I have a question. What does "it” refer to in your sentence here? Not being sarcastic, I just don’t grasp what you’re saying here.

He’s done that emoji a ton in the past, it doesn’t really mean anything

Interesting. Of course, you’re right. He’d be fantastic here. Maybe we throw in Huff and a bag of balls.

Good question JR.  The "it" was encapsulated in the question "Did the trade of the 2024 4th Round pick "literally happen?""

It would probably be 2026. They already revealed the 2025 intentional games. I would be surprised if they randomly did another this late in the process.
