Yep.  3rd rounder the Eagles traded was 98th overall = 108 points + two 7th rounders at 1 point each.  The 4th rounder they got back was 120th overall = 54 points.  110-54 = 56.  56 points is 119th pick (equivalent of 4th round, 18th pick).
