The new angle they are going with to ban the tush push

They made a decision before the season began, I wish they woud just quit talking about it during the season. We get enough replays of their decisions every weekend.

Also, let's go through this player by player just to be clear:

Dillon -- RB3, had a decent YPC, now RB4 and inactive. But 5 YPC is very nice for the 4TH RUNNING BACK

Toth -- I have no idea why Stout loves him, guess the versatility. I wouldn't have him on the 53

Sydney Brown -- core special teamer, backup safety. Lost out to Mukuba

Adoree Jackson -- we're calling our CB2 a back of the roster guy? He's not great, but he's worthy of being on a roster, just not starting

Nickerson -- he'll be cut when Bennett comes off IR

Young -- not a huge fan, but he's DT4 and barely plays

Robinson -- he's a rookie FFS

Pryor -- he sucked at RT because he's not a tackle. He's a very good backup guard

Ringo -- he sucks, they were wrong on a 4th round pick

P Johnson -- core special teamer who also has a sack

Williams is a monster but we had no clue for most of his contract so I'm willing to give Robertson some time

Pays to advertise I guess

I mentioned 10 guys. There's still guys like Ojulari (who Fangio just started playing due to injury and didnt even dress) Metchie, Brigsby & Bennett who I am patiently waiting on. Jury is still out on alot of these guys. I am just not high on this so called depth. Sorry.

Like Brown, isn’t Ringo a decent/solid Specisl Teamer?

True, he is a gunner on the punt team. Just different as we clearly were betting on him becoming CB2. I think we all believed Mukuba would win the job.

I don’t know why some of you aren’t more excited for BG returning. Can set an edge, pass rush and also could be the solution to no. 2 corner

I mean - why not.

4 straight 3 and outs is egregious. This team has had some egregiously bad stretches this year.

Coaches have been doing less with more all season.

If the first words out of your mouth regarding Adoree Jackson isn't that he's terrible and hideous, then you lost me. Bad description on that one. He's all time bad and pretty embarrassing out there.

If last week's AJ Brown is the version we get then, I keep him for at least a couple more years. Unless we absolutely get a desperate offer you can't pass up in the interim. Probably would not revisit that idea til after next season. This will be TO all over again and we regress once he leaves. Always hated McNabb and his ego and not knowing what to do with TO. Cost us a couple potential championships. Devonta is great, partly because of AJ. Put Dotson there and he's blanketed all game. This team has taken alot of hits to the talent level. Can't even fathom what we look like without him. This is a precipitous fall if not careful.

Nah, Smitty put up 916 as a rookie with Reagor, Greg Ward and Quez Watkins as the other wide outs, he's plenty good enough to play WR1, he's one of the best route runners to come out of college in the last 10 years (which makes his stunted route tree in Philly all the more baffling), I wouldn't wish for it, but I'd be comfortable with him and a good rookie in the draft if it really came down to it with AJ.

Right, but we've seen this offense without AJ. It's not good. Better have a fallback first.

Nick Foles says "That's it?"

After this offseason a new look offense could see AJ Brown and Goedert gone, a rookie TE top prospect to pair with Smitty and the other receivers, a beefed up O line (healthier, better depth) and re-energized run game. Not saying that will happen, but the offense can perform well that way. The run game has to become a force again. Barkley, Shipley, Dillon, Bigsby...should be running all over teams.

I still don't understand why it's something that's allowed to be voted on every year. They voted on it this past offseason, it passed, and that's that.

When asked why did Foles pick his jersey number he responded: 'Is anyone bigger than me...nein.'

I think they will struggle for a bit to replace Goedert. They have done good for decades having the next guy in place and haven't been able to do it despite I think them wanting to have drafted a TE this past draft but weren't able to get one that they liked where they would have liked. I do agree AJ is gone though, there is no reason for him to still be chirping on social media like he is with this cryptic complaining BS.

I think the offensive approach from a Howie offseason will be to re-load on the offensive line and a draft a WR within the first two rounds. TE I think will be more of a move for a veteran TE. Hopefully a better job than what it was this past offseason with approach to signing cheap TEs hoping one would pan out (none did) knowing they were likely moving on from Goedert.

If we are going to trade for an edge, Chubb makes the most sense given his small financial impact and history with Vic. Jermaine Johnson is intriguing, but the trade cost is likely too high and he's under contract with a guaranteed 5th year option of $13.4mm for next year.

At CB, I have no idea who we could bring in that could learn the system and help. You could roll the dice on Taylor-Britt, but not sure he's that much of an upgrade since he doesn't know the defense. Feels like we are stuck with Bennett/Jackson/Ringo and Vic has to try and cover it up. Still have some hope for Bennett -- he was decent for LV last year.

I agree, it shouldn't come up again unless it is brought before the Competition Committee and even then it should have to follow the process that all rule considerations go through, (I am thinking double jeopardy here) they said no, why retry the case? Unless they agreed to revisit it in the following league year. I haven't followed it that closely so I have know idea how they left it other than it is a legal play.

I’m not wishing for it, but watch Trader Howie get te same package for AJ as he gave up for AJ.

The spreadsheet where I modeled it out is on my home computer, but it's like $60mm in dead money to trade AJ this offseason. His cap number is below $24mm. We basically don't have enough cap space to trade him before June 1. He's not going anywhere.
