People have complained about Lane jumping the snap, and Peters before him. Then they went to the film and determined they were not moving early. It did look like the guards may have moved early on the last TD but it was impossible to see Jurgens' hands so I can't say for sure.I thought that as well. Its very difficult to see them leaving early in real time. Slow motion yeah you can see it better.

The refs have to do their job and bring order to the chaos. Our sins are well documented in the last week but the opposing defenses have increasingly been creeping up, barking and desperate to stop the shove.I have felt that it would be a wise use of resources for the Eagles to go back to the available video of all the Tush Pushes they have run and determine what proportion of them have penalty situations by either side of the LOS. Once armed with the video and statistical evidence, they can pick the time to share that evidence. My expectation is that last Sunday's snaps were much more an exception rather than a regular occurrence. With that said, the issues the Commissioner has with the Tush Pushes are not logical, but rather visceral. At the same time, the issues that the most vocal opponents have is that they recognize the competitive advantage the play gives the Eagles, so their objections are both logical and visceral.

I thought he was going to be really good this year after how rapidly he came on and improved as he got more playing time when he finally started getting playing time right at the end of the season into the playoffs. Still early in the season though and he didn't get any preseason action despite being so young and inexperienced. I think he comes on real strong in the second half of the year like Nolan Smith did in year 2.

This will create the space required so that Saquon can find daylight and deliver a throwback performance.Well that’s more creative than the 1920’s passing game we’ve watched thus far.

I think he comes on real strong in the second half of the year like Nolan Smith did in year 2.He hasn't really stood out as been bad against the run, so if he's physically holding his own but not rushing the passer...it's possible that will come around. Nolan Smith was one of the more abrupt light off to on examples I've ever seen...would be great if he pulls that in the 2nd half.

Again I think the lack of preseason play really hurt him for a guy who really hardly played for most of last year anyway. I think the singing and emergence of Za'Darious will only push him too. My only real worry on defense is that CB spot outside opposite of Quinyon. Mukuba worries me too vs TEs but he seems to be enough of a playmaker to make up for it like CJGJ was a playmaker for occasionally letting up a deep shot. Jordan Davis is the best DT on the team right now and that makes me really exciting for when Carter finally is able to turn it on. I remember being very unimpressed with Carter last year through 2 weeks and then he had one of the most dominant games I've seen from a DT week 3 against the Saints. Hope we get to see that again from him this week. But Carter playing back like Carter along with Jordan Davis where he now is (as I always said he would get to) is really exciting for the potential of this already all time great championship defense.

September 20Sep 20 And they say the play isnt aesthetically pleasing. Here it is as a work of art. I say, its spectacular.
September 20Sep 20 21-21 Iowa v Rutgers at the half… of course the Hawkeyes have some exciting performances.

As you said, there is no logic to be used in this circumstance. Lurie, Roseman, Siri, whoever can send tape to the league showing defensive lines being offsides but it will be ignored. The machine has been set in motion in an attempt to drum up enough support to try to get the play banned. The league is already doing this through their mouth pieces like Schefter and Blandino. But anyone with half a brain can spot that out and it’s what pisses me off the most. It’s clearly a referee issue, not one stemming from the actual play. It’s based off of emotion, not logic which is what the most frustrating part is.What I don’t understand is why are they allowed to vote on this play every year? They voted on it after last season, it passed, shouldn’t there be a certain amount of time before you’re allowed to re-vote on something like this?
