Regarding the Mental Health issue, I can relate.

For me, the depression comes and goes (I'm 54). It hits you like an ocean wave, and it doesn't let you 'surface' (go away) for hours. I've never felt like taking my own life because of it, but I can definitely see why some people do. Even on meds, it still comes at me, grabs me, and holds me down in that ocean wave, from time to time. SUCKS.

Regarding our Iggles, hopefully Ringo take the reins so to speak, and becomes the CB2 we all wanted him to be.

Looking for some insights for a dinner spot in Hell's Kitchen, NYC. @NYEagle or any others that have some thoughts.

Wife and I are heading up there next weekend for our 25th anniversary. Looking to do a Sunset Harbor boat ride on that Monday night around Lower Manhattan, Statue of Liberty, etc. But, we're thinking of hitting an Italian restaurant within walking distance of Pier 82/USS Intrepid. I was looking at Mama Mia's 44SW... Any other options... OR a warning to stay away from Mama Mia's?

I know TB has had the Eagles' number in recent years, but they're not that great a team and I think frankly that Bowles is overrated as a head coach. I believe Baker Mayfield saved his job, to be blunt (that and playing in a horrible division they've been winning).

Having a family member go through aphasia is a terrible experience. Hopefully advancements will be made some time from now to prevent it

The helmets and the colors are an improvement. Cardinals should build off that for new uniforms without the fake sand spots on the uniforms.
