The margin of the average predicted score has expanded another point to Eagles 24 49ers 18.As we do each week, we are gathering Game Score predictions. I know the common counter to this is 'it's not about losing, it's about how', but honestly I never thought I'd reach a point where this was considered commonplace.

They threw a game away with horrible decisions and ineptitude that shouldn't have happened amd it cost them a home game IF they win tomorrow. There is a huge difference.The biggest problem with all of this that I keep saying is the NFL doesn't get more wide open than this. No dominant teams and nobody more talented on paper than the Eagles.

6 hours ago6 hr Eagles Fans It's Now or Never. The Road To Repeat begins and we have to go on the long road to the Bowl again. Well to get to Super Bowl LX in San Fran we have to beat San Fran. Playoffs are here. The Regular Season is over and doesn't matter now. The only thing that matters is winning and advancing to the Divisional. The Rams and Bears advanced as The Panthers and Packers lost leads in the 4th. It shows you how the playoffs can flip in a different direction very quickly. The Eagles face the 49ers for the 3rd time in the Playoffs. The Eagles were shutout in the 90's by the Dynasty 49ers. Then the 49ers lost to the Eagles in the NFC Championship during Purdy's rookie year. The 49ers do lead the All Time Series 21-15. Look the 49ers have been one of the top teams in the NFC the last 5 years along with us. They've had a lot of injuries this year but still managed a 12 win season. The Eagles are Defending Super Bowl Champs after being the only Division repeat winner of the NFL Season.Purdy proved he's much more than "Mr. Irrelevant" by advancing to a Super Bowl a few years ago. The Eagles are home at the Linc where they are 5-0 in the Playoffs in the Sirianni/Hurts Era. The 49ers now have to the fly cross country after getting beat down by the Seahawks last week. The Eagles rested starters and lost the #2 Seed in a loss to Washington with backups. Now the 49ers can put up points but that doesn't mean they can't be shutdown. The 49ers Defense has also given up some big points this year. I expect them to play hard but this is probably a tough spot for them. The Eagles defense has been dominate the since the bye week. The Offense has been up and down but still has been able to get it done for the most part. I see the Eagles jumping out to a lead and the 49ers just not being able to gain footing. Saquon and the running game get going while the D slows down CMC and Kittle. Fangio getting the best of Shanahan while Nick and KP put together a good game plan for once. Jalen and the Offense get it together while the Defense continues to smother opponents. Brock and the 49ers score but not as much.
