The Eagles.... A contender and in the hunt for a Superbowl repeat.

The Flyers....playing their best hockey in years and looking like a playoff team this year, are mired in the midst of a 5 game losing streak and spiraling and have caught the injury bug.

The Phillies...throughout media circles are deemed the top contender for Bo Bichette, with Blue Jays being a top contender for Tucker. Nope!! Dodgers pull away from the crowd even further and the Phillies window looking like it's close to shut.

The Sixers....showing some life this year. But remain in limbo til George & Embiid's albatross contracts are wiped away and now just wasting Maxey's prime years.

All of these teams feel so much further away from a championship. Although, with a perfect offseason, the Eagles can be right back in the hunt with no dominant team out there.

Gotta Love all the hopium with Philly sports. Been a great week!

Why is John Harbaugh thought of as this elite head coach who does not call plays, have his own offense or defense the dude is a special teams coach yet Sirianni is thought of as this dumb clown that doesn't know is ass from a hole in the ground. They both do the same things except Sirianni has had more success in a shorter timeframe.

One carries himself as a grownup and the other like a clown.

The most frustrating part of it isnt that we didnt get Bichette, it's that now I have to watch Bohm for another year who is essentially the Phillies Tobias Harris.

Who said it's the same people that feel that way. Also sometimes Siri acts like a dumb clown.

I don't know what the hell happened there lol

Can the Eagles just throw us a bone and announce an interview

So Heyman said the Phillies lost out on Bichette because he wanted an opt out and they wouldn't do it. So glad that Dinosaur Dombrowski has principles and wont do opt outs. FN JOKE.

He definitely likes to yell at other fans and act like a giant ****er sometimes, people still say what does he even do? I have never heard that with Harbaugh or any other CEO HC. The role Nick is in is not unusual and yet it's talked about like this is unheard of for a coach

WTF.....that guy is a POS as a GM. Now he goes to the Mets. You dumb F

Typical loser Phillies to lose out and then leak "We almost got it done!"

No, no, no, no. You want Michael Clay, you don't want this guy. Come Bucs.

DD screwed around for too many days. He's a POS as a GM. Howie wouldn't have let him leave the table without a deal.

Nick ultimately brings it upon himself because he gives people a reason go out of their way to disliking him due to how he acts on the sideline during games. Also doesn't help that he can sometimes get lost talking absolute word salad in press conferences.

If he was a more serious person like other CEO types like Harbaugh and Tomlin then he probably wouldn't be hit with the well what does he do criticism. Also how he was brought on board as an offensive guy who was going to run the show and then has had that pulled away from himultiple times now also leads to that specific criticism whereas Harbaugh was always just that CEO type.

Michael Clay is likely gone even if he doesn't get the Bucs job

Seems silly to let that stop you from getting the player you want, unless he wanted a significant difference in pay for year 1.

Stribling would be a nice replacement for Dotson. His acceleration stands out similar to Stefon Diggs in college, or Nelson Agholor when he actually caught a ball.

If Stribling gets it with a little bit of room, he can pull out of there real quick. I dont know what his top end speed is. Seems pretty good. But the acceleration is elite and poses problems for defenders to tackle. It ruins their angles.

Lets go!

I've been away for a few days haven't been keeping up. Who's the Blog's early favorite to land the OC position - Dabol or McDaniel?
